As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I asked for a fresh made double fish sandwich, and said I would gladly wait… but I received a reheated double fish… first bite, and I can tell the difference… then all you have to do is look at the fish and it’s old and the oils have changed the complexion of the meat… it now looks dark and oily pure evidence of reheated fish after I particularly said I would gladly wait on fresh fish. I am highly disappointed… I personally expect better and most importantly I paid for it

My order was taken very quickly paid for the order all within 3 minutes of ordering it and was moved to the parking lot and I have now been sitting here for over 50 minutes waiting for my food. Watching other people get their food and leave and still no sign of mine. Honestly I now remember why I stopped coming here to begin with and I feel like I have been scammed out of my money, because now they cannot remember what I ordered. I did finally receive my food over an hour later, when I got it home it was not even the food I ordered

When I went here, I ordered an APPLE PIE and some FRIES but for some reason I ended up with a BURGER with fries in it, which is why I’m giving the service 1 star. The only saving trait of the food I got is that it was very tasty but that doesn’t exuse the fact of what I stated before.

There was a wait to order, a wait to pay and a wait for the food. It seems like one employee was outside. Maybe doing trash. Maybe they were short staffed? They did not confirm my order or read it back to me. When the food was ready she just handed the bag to me and didn’t say anything at all like all set, no have a nice day Or would you like any salt or ketchup? Nothing. She just handed me the bag, turned away and shut the window. when I got home home, my sandwich had onion and tomato which I requested removed twice and they had asked me about dipping sauce and there wasn’t any in the bag.
