Worst experience ever I ordered tonight at 530 and the employers deleted my online order pick up y did they do this idk but when I got there my status was still showing my pizza being in the oven at 5:56pm I got to the store at 650pm still waited another 25 min for my pizza and when they gave me my stuff when I got home my pizza wasn’t even cooked right the bread sticks was hard and they just drizzled butter and garlic on it to make it look its cooked my 4 piece cheese bites were old and cold. Worst experience ever. And the girl with the piercings was super rude.

If you’re looking for a good place for food, a good pizza, then this is the place. If you’re waiting to get into the line of hell, this is probably where it starts every time I go to this particular Little Caesars. There’s all this staff. One person working the register. It takes forever for the food to get out I literally wait at least 40 minutes every time. I go there and then finally they’ll put together some pepperoni pizzas and all these people will get their pizza and I’m still waiting for my custom-made order. I don’t know if they’re doing a new way of cooking pizzas or it takes at least 30 minutes for it to cook or there’s a new dough. But the owner of this franchise needs to really teach and train as employees to help them develop customer service. Half the employees here don’t know what’s going on and everybody has no initiative to get the food out faster. Maybe the owner of this restaurant should work at night and see what the rush looks like because apparently they don’t know what’s going on. I recommend to go to every other Little Caesars just not this one cuz this one absolutely sucks. The pizza’s okay.

This place used to be good until now. Because at 4:30 i had placed an order for a simple pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Nothing else. i checked in with the employee at the front and he said “your order should be ready within the next 20min” (keep in mind this place was not packed like it usually is). So i ended up waiting 45 min for my order and complained to the same guy and he said “due to some technical issues we will have to cancel your order” even though he did not mention that when i first placed my order. Terrible service.

Horrible , never have hot and ready. Worst service experience Ever. They have a whole bunch of young people working there that don’t know what they are doing . Pizza never cut correctly. The crazy bread is always super skinny like if it’s burnt a teenager should not be the manager at a fast food place that obviously isn’t doing their job just because their dad is corporate manager or runs corporate or something like that.

My go-to pizza when I’m on the fly or looking for something AFFORDABLE lol. The SJ Little Caesars has quick service and is always available to answer the phone when I place a phone order. The pizza is pretty good most of the time. I’m in love with the Little Caesars pizza puffs and deep dish pizza. The classic pepperoni is always reliable and is about five bucks. Unfortunately, the veggie deep dish was nasty and tasted like I was eating over-seasoned gold fish crackers. The place can get pretty loud, but hey it’s on a busy street and in the center of SJ. Parking sucks as it’s very limited and it has to share with the neighboring Cardenas market. It’s always crowded.

whoever manages this place need to be fired.
#1- Never have shift changes during peak hours, especially cashiers.
#2- Keep people orders together in the same warmer. i was waiting in line for 8 minutes before even ordering because the cashier was fumbling around going from cabinet to cabinet trying to find peoples pickup orders.
#3- Need some sort of line management or at least an area for people that have already ordered to sit that is not in the way.
#4- Need more quality control in the kitchen because what i was served was pathetic

Pizza portal has been down for about a month. Lobby packed with people. No clear system at all as far as where you go if you need to order or where you should wait if you ordered online. It’s just chaos. Then you get home after a 10 min drive and your pizza is already cold. Are the heat racks they keep prepared orders in even working? :/

Make sure you check your pizzas! Ordered 3 meats and some how never get 3 different meats just purely pepperoni w imaginary meats ???
