As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Night shift seems to not care about the quality of the food and their attitudes suck. Morning shift is always on point with their service, friendly and I always get HOT fresh food from the morning shift. I went there last night around 11pm and my 2 burgers were barely warm and the young lady that took our order at the window had a nasty attitude before approaching the window and rolling her eyes. I won’t be going there anymore on night shift.

1/22 8:30pm ordered, pulled up, car in front places another cash order at window, sat there for 12 minutes exactly. Employee never had car pull up. Sandwich (Big Buford) was cold once received. Unacceptable. No apology from employee. I called him out on it. I will not return unless comped. As a long distance courier this put me well behind schedule! Also, previous night received 2 horrible fish sandwiches. This Rally`s is a fail. Much better service and fresher, hot food at other locations I visit.

Reading over theses reviews it seemed there was good and bad ones so it made me kind of skeptical at first but I visited this store it was definitely not dirty on the outside like one of the reviews said and this food and customer service was absolutely amazing compared to every place around my fries were on point and it’s hard to get good fries anywhere anymore will definitely keep coming back to this location my new favorite spot

If we are in Marion and do fast food this is where we go. My daughter and I together was like $10. and some change. It’s great on a budget. The employees worked hard and had us hot fresh food in just a few minutes. I got the $6.50 deal double Rally’s burger and a double spicy chicken sandwich my daughter got the $3.00 box chicken and fries.

All I can say is amazing. I went through last Friday night at 9:30 and there was about. 5 cars ahead of me and I still was out of there in 5 minutes! Even during a busy moment the manger at the register was in high spirits and could hear him communicating my order to the kitchen workers ! Everything was correct and was hot and tasted just fine. Good work guys keep it up I will be back !

It’s good for food and people driving, but if you standing outside, it doesn’t really matter if it’s been 30mintues and someone just pulled up and has been there for 1 minute they always prioritize the drivers and I get it but when it’s night and Winter I feel the focus should be on the people stuck outside in it, and this isnt a first time experience, this has happened multiple times, once some old works last winter wouldn’t look up at me and looked at the ground to avoid eye contact as they turned around. Other then that, good food.

While the food here is always great lately they’ve had an employee working whose household is sick and contagious and that’s just really gross to have someone working and messing with people’s food who is bringing sickness to work everyday from home. Other than allowing sick employees to handle food recently I’ve never had problems in the past, just recently.
