As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The last time I come here honestly. The workers aren’t bad people. But the last few times I’ve come here , the food is poorly made. And today I ordered TWO LARGE loaded fries. They were in a large box and had a small amount. And there was barely any toppings on it. Not worth wasting my money on tbh. Extremely disappointed. Not to mention , I waited a few extra minutes because they had to drop fresh fries, but it didn’t taste fresh. -_-

Was there after 1am. The guy was sweet as hell, but we both forgot my soda. I took my loaded fries and put them on some lettuce and added croutons. The chicken bites are not good to me. I ate the fries tho.

I placed an order for a #10 and asked if they could switch the sandwich from a regular crispy to a spicy.. 1st mistake the lady kept saying no you want a number 8? I said no I wanted a number 10 but with a spicy chicken. She then says so you just want a number 8… I’m like I SAID I WANT A NUMBER 10 BUT WITH A SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!! If she want to suggest a recommendation she should have worded it correctly. Secondly after I paid for my food to have them ask me to pull around why idk because I received a really cold sandwich that didn’t taste spicy at all and regular Coke that taste like Led.. wors place to go to ever… get it together with your customer service… my oder number was DS222 my host was Gabriel the Cashier was James this time of my purchase was 1:15 pm.. and I called 3x with no one to answer the phone I know they were not that busy.

Hey I’ll tell you maybe it’s just me but I dig the fries man I’m not going to lie they got the best fries but is it just me or they seem a little greasy these days I’m sorry a lot greasy like almost like when you eat some of them the grease just kind of squirts out LOL but for the most part I would rank it out of my fast food places top three just for the food the service is great the food’s always hot and there’s been a couple times it hasn’t been so fresh it seem like but for the most part I’m digging it I’d recommend it if you’re in a hurry and want a good meal and the prices you can’t go wrong man two for six doubles chew fish and chicken fill you up I don’t care who you are man or fill you up y’all check it out if you’re in a hurry and want some good hot food that’s where I suggest.

worst fast food customer service i ever had first they said someone picked up my order which i ordered on the app and showed proof and could’ve shown ID which they should’ve did with the person who picked up my food if that was even the case because the food they made me was two silly rally burgers when i ordered a fish sandwich and a spicy chicken and the hi-c was watered down . worse establishment i’ve ever been too and fire the whole staff that was there . and would love to speak to a district manager or something. Workers are entirely way too slow. I went there for some food late night wound up falling asleep in the Drive-Thru because they took so long and didn’t even get my food after I ordered. Get some people that actually want to do their job.

They forgot my fry initially do when I came back around they up sized me. Never been so happy to have a missing item. Both times around they were very friendly even though I was fumbling around my car getting them cash and adding to it the perfect amount of change which would usually evoke at least a frustrated facial expression from most people whereas they were very light-hearted and patient with me.

We were running around and decided to pick up some food on the way home. The guy in front of us had some kind of issue. Saw him pulling away shaking his head after talking to the manager lol But we had a kitten with us and it was a great mood changer. We had just left Walmart to purchase kitten bottles. We showed the manager and workers the kitten and everyone loved him lol Food was fantastic and was a fun trip changing the vibe!
