As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The guy working was rude when my fiance and I was Ubering yelling pull up here when we’re not even from Columbus and he was constantly yelling at other customers behind me as well. Great service! I was very cold and hungry from doing snow removal and the cre went above and beyond to provide a hot meal to keep me going. Food was hot and fresh. Great job!

The new manager at rally’s he very rude an disrespectful and cussing at the door dash people and this not professional and the way he talk to the employees it’s not professional at all I was going to record him but did get a chance this rally’s done with down hill sent he been there I will never come back as long as he there and I was a daily customer! Get rid of him for Better Business Bureau

The service was lackluster, but this is rallies and it was 12 AM. The food was great. Would’ve charged 89¢ for ranch so we didn’t buy it. Overall four stars.

Ordered my food and there were 2 cars in front of me. Once I received my food, my fries were cold (not even luke warm) and so was my Spicy Chicken sandwich. I wasted my money that night…didnt even eat the food…
