As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Wanted to make this post about the service I received on January 25th, 8:30 pm during our terrible weather and terrible road conditions. Me and my family drove around Owensboro and there were no restaurants or fast food open due to the weather and the conditions of the roads.
Rally’s was the only place open and we pulled into order food for a family of four. Many others were in line to receive food. We made our order and pulled up to the drive through window to see that there was only 2 staff members on site maintaining both the orders and food.
I want to make clear that there was a huge line and there were many that had to pull over, and a staff member had to walk for our order to be hand delivered to us. MIND YOU the drive way was full of ice and snow, and has not been treated. The staff members that preparing drinks and maintains the orders, also walked people’s food to everyone through that snow and ice.
Those staff members mentioned them having to stay there till 3:00 AM. Mind you we got there at 8:30 pm and it was hectic. Despite their conditions and enduring impatient customers; they both were very kind and professional towards us. Our food was hot and managed very well despite the urgency.
I wanted to mention these two and give them both my compliments towards their work ethic and professionalism.

That new manager there she said she was the assistant general is awesome- freaking fantastic. I did not have to wait for my order, it was fresh. There was a guy that was yelling saying they were gonna call.and complain but she went above and beyond for everyone that I seen. Very kind, I sat in the parking lot and ate with my husband.. I’ll be back!

Ordered food and had to wait about 20-25 minutes for the wrong food and was given a burnt chicken sandwich instead. All things fried were extremely oily and tasted like very old burnt oil. Not very happy about this visit.

I sat in their line for over an hour and then was refused service with 0 compensation. With the way the line was set up I couldn’t have left early even if I wanted to. As I asked about the situation the employee cut me off and yelled at me. I understand they were unable to serve me at the time, but it is still aolutely unacceptable. It’s one thing to waste an hour of my time, but then to shout at me like you’re the inconvenienced one?I’ve been eating here since I was a little kid, but I don’t know if I can anymore. This has left me livid.

I am mad as heck. I havent ate here in years because service and cleanliness. nothing changed in over 5 years. I just spent $8.55 on a fish sandwich fries and a drink. all I got to eat was the fries. I’ll call in the morning and reach out to corporate. my sprite taste like carbonation because the machine was out. my sandwich was cold. cheese not melted. i only wanted cheese no tarter. they tried to reheat a patty. I asked for Buffalo sauce they were out. ask for hotsauce they were out. she said they only had honey mustard and ranch. the fact that they didn’t have pride to make fresh food is trash. I knew for some reason, because of how fast I got a fish sandwich, it was going to be nasty. if your hungry late night. stay hungry and don’t waste you money. it’s 12pm and they have 2 hrs left open and think this is acceptable. they need to be closed down. atore the non edible sammich apart and this is what I saw
