As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Automated system was non-responsive and unable to complete my order; “real” person customer service was even worse. I’m not sure how a human being can be more disconnected than a machine but Rally’s has found found just the right employees. Dead on the inside, incomprehensible on the outside and disconnected from reality. Close the store now and get past the next couple of years of agony, frustration, sub-marginal profits and food waste. If you are the franchise owner, heed my advice and take solace in knowing that any restaurant in Hopkinsville, KY will will be a complete failure until the industry as a whole changes. I’m actually so shocked by the service today. I was in the left drive thru lane and was told they would not take my order in that lane even though there were people in front of me and behind me because of “shift change”. I said i was already in line waiting 15 minutes and asked if they couldn’t just take my order on the other register since they could clearly hear me. Was told i had to pull around. Which would be fine if there wasn’t still 3 cars waiting in front of me for food! I was trapped in the drive thru for 30 minutes and it made absolutely no sense. If you were supposed to block off that lane before shift change and didn’t, say that. Absolutely terrible customer service. They obviously don’t care if your business is profitable, and that’s quite literally their only job.

Best fast food burgers in town. That said the menu lacks the dessert choices that you could find at other Rallys. They also make a just gross garlic fries. It was good, really good, when it first hit the menu. Sadly, the new night crew made me wish I had just eaten my five dollar bill, instead. Of things get better I will update my review.

After hearing what the manager at this facility did putting people’s lives in danger after someone smelled gas I will not support them. To put money over your employees instead of getting a dangerous gas leak fix is shameful and evil. Do better!
