Food is always fresh and meets expectations. The service however, is NEVER pleasant. And it’s not just the younger kids working there who fail to show any amount of customer service skills. ALL staff there should be made to attend classes on courtesy, friendliness, and overall guest services. Truly sad that you can’t even get a “Thank you” from them as they hand you your food.

We ordered the chicken and fish sandwiches. Our order was prepared quickly and both came hot and as ordered. Sadly we went to stop at the Rally’s in LaGrange KY, but it had been closed. So we won’t be able to enjoy their food as easily as we used to. We are sad to see our Rally’s close.

Used to be a great place for wings. I ordered 20 wings and have ordered wings here for 7 years. I asked for my wings and the new manager said”she went to training and Blue Cheese does NOT come with wings”. She was nasty about it too. I asked for well done and light sauce, when I got home I realized I got neither. Funny how she leared that blue cheese doesn’t come with wings, but she didn’t learn what light sauce and cooked well meant! STAY AWAY NEW MANAGER IS HORRIBLE

The best fast food burger by far. Some locations are better than others as with any franchise and this one is usually staffed by well mannered employees as opposed to the degenerates on Bardstown Rd whose first language is English and can’t speak it much less get an order as requested.

As a former fast food manager, i go out of my way to be polite to fast food workers. Your employees are rude, and the food here is garbage. Tell that hideous girl on osing shift to clean up her act and understand its not cool to roll your eyes at a customer who smiles at you, and not openly mock me and my passenger with her coworkers while im sitting right there. My only consolation is that she wont be going anywhere in life with that rotten attitude.

Stopped here at night after work. I assume it was the night manager, was preparing the food without wearing gloves. I asked him to please put gloves on to prepare the food and he became rude and defensive. Contacted the corporate office and never heard anything back. This is NOT the way to run your business. The gentleman(and I use that term loosely) preparing the food, should be fired. And corporate should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely disgusting!!

Raw bloody chicken and mozzarella sticks that looked and felt like they were soaking in the kitchen sink. No offer for refund or anything. Took 15 minutes to give me raw, uncooked food. If I end up getting sick, I won’t hesitate to contact a lawyer.

We ordered the new philly cheesesteak sandwiches (which weren’t even listed on the menu board) because of a TV advertisement that looked good. Cheap, yes. But I can count the small pieces of meat it had on one hand. My husband hates a bread sandwich and went to ask for more meat and that he would pay extra. The guy raked his finger across the meat and said this is our philly sandwich! Did NOT apologize, did NOT offer to replace the food he contaminated, did NOT make another sandwich adding more meat and charge for it, he just argued and shut the window (walk up restaurant) while my husband was still talking!! THIS Rally’s is attached to a Speedway gas station and is the DIRTIEST, unappealing walk-up fast food establishment I’ve ever seen. It has been an odd place for years which is why we’ve only been there one other time in the 10 years we’ve lived in La Grange. The signage, windows, sidewalk, inside and workers really need to clean up professionally and physically. This place is just another embarrassment to Oldham county fast food restaurants.

Very friendly and attentive despite being busy, stopped by about 1 on a Sunday afternoon. Orderd some wings had to wait. But that’s to be expected if they make the food hot and fresh.
