This place is a damn joke. Ordered food 1 hour ahead of time, get there and still not ready. The young lady stated, they don’t get mobile orders that fast before even checking what my order was. Other peoples mobile prder was being made but they didn’t have mine that was made before the store even opened…Everytime I go there, there is an issue. You need mature, competent people running your establishment if you’d like to stay in business. But I will not be back until I hear better outcomes. Several of my friends/fam have had issues here also so it’s not just me. Get your stuff together

I like to stop at this Rally’s because it’s on my way home . I live in Crystal Springs and it’s the most convenient stop for me but there has only been one time that I went there and my order was perfect. A nice young man served us, but every time that Lamaya has served us, something is always wrong with my order. Tonight she left off my 2 apple pies. Before she wanted me to pull around and there was already someone waiting. I have called the store back 4 times but nobody answered. I really wanted my pies but oh well. I guess I will have to stop on hwy 80 or get something else

Pulled up to the drive thru with the intention of getting lunch for me and my coworkers. I needed 5 burgers and 5 fries. For some odd reason the guy at the drive through is amazed that someone is ordering food for an average sized group of people and i get borderline ridiculed by 2 workers passing the mic back and forth. I have been disappointed with a previous visit where they were only taking one order at a time(this was being done in the hopes to make people drive away). I sat for 45 minutes that day and my order still came up with incorrect toppings I said that I didn’t want on the burgers. I personally have 3 years experience in fastfood, restaurant, and bars and there is not an excuse for the absolute disrespect and laziness that this staff exhibits.

This is a new location but I don’t see it lasting very long if the service continues like it is. The first time I went when we pulled up, there were 4 cars in the line. We sat in line for over half an hour. I was ordering for 4 people. When I completed my order the person let out an exasperated “G** D***” as if I was inconveniencing her by having a large order. The second time, just now, I pulled up a few minutes before 9:00 pm. I sat at the speaker for a few minutes with no answer. I finally pulled around and saw one person wandering around in the kitchen. When he saw me he told me they were closed. It was two hours before their posted closing time. If this is how this place is going to operate, I don’t see it lasting long.

2nd time for this. Garaunteed not to be a third. I waited 10 minutes to order just to wait “20 more minutes” for the Wrong Food!!” Smh. Get better management. These kids are ridiculous.

My family loves Rally’s. So glad that Byram is upping their food game but we have been greatly disappointed in our 5 visits. Twice we have gone mid day and been informed they didn’t have enough staff to make our mobile order. Two times the food was sub par. One Sunday right after they opened this location the food was hot and delicious. But ever since then It has been very under whelming. We hope this improves greatly because we love our Rally’s. One day soon I hope to come back and change from 1 star to 5!

Order was wrong, food was missing and for the amount I spent the serving size of chicken bite box meal is a rip off. Then the cashier had the nerve to tell me I was only to get 10 bites. They give you a box full of d*** fries. Don’t bother going to this location.

I had received the wrong amount of food, a young man who is employed here chased me all the way to the Pizza Hut exit. He handed me the correct food, all I can say is not many employees would do that, he deserves to climb the ladder in this company. I wish I knew his name I would surely list it.
