I sat in the line so long…and was I made it to the mic I had to wait even longer. Finally after a few the person on the other end of the speaker took my order. I ordered a Philly steak cheese fries for the first time…what a total disappointment….my steak was not fresh and my fries were cold… sometimes you just want to give up at these fast food places. PS .the young lady at the window was just there…no thank you are nothing….she was sad alone with my meal.

The fish sandwiches and chicken sandwich be fresh. As they should for the long wait. I’m not sure if the drive through cashier man is taking orders and fixing food but I hope not. Taking money and fixing people foods is nasty! Check your food before you pull off is all I have to say.

I was rushed to order and they got the order wrong. I was told I ordered wrong. They didn’t tell me the flavor of slushie I ordered was out and just gave me whatever flavor they had. I had to reorder at the walk up window just to get what I wanted the first time. Both orders took forever as well. Everyone inside was to busy talking to one another to help the customers. I waited 5 mins for someone to come to the window and take my second order. While they kept looking at me and walking around.

Me and my aunt went by there on the way home because we had never tried it before and it was something new to try and I got a 6 piece monsterella stick and a sweet tea, the tea tasted like Milo’s tea left out for a day but cold and the sticks tasted like they bought them from a guy off the side of the road for 3 dollars and then they just threw them in the air fryer, my aunt got a bottle of water and a large loaded fry, she said the fries tasted like gravy. But the service was great over all of the food. Thank you Rallys for feeding us.

Stopped by here to eat after getting thrown out of Moes (the daycare next door) an hour before they closed. I was able to grab 2 double cheese burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks for $15! The little lady behind the window was friendly and i got my food quickly. No complaints here!

These people are so dang rude. They can’t listen, they won’t ever get your order right. Just pull up to the window and tell them to surprise you. A could have 4 year olds could do better than these workers. Count y’all’s days. This ain’t no 1/2 pound

On June 8, 2024 at approx 11:50pm, I went to Rally’s in Byram, MS. I ordered a combo that totaled $9.05. I gave the cashier $10.05 (which was 2 fives and a nickel) and instead of the cashier giving me my food with a $1 change back, she told me I didn’t give her enough money. I then said, “What do you mean?” She replied, “You only gave me a five, a one, and a nickel.” I then looked inside my wallet thinking I miscounted, but noticed both 5 dollar bills I had were missing, meaning I did give her the correct amount of money. I then told the cashier “I know what you’re doing, just give me my food and my change and we’ll act like this never happened.” She then got an attitude so I asked for her manager. The manager then came to the window very aggressive saying she’ll count the register. The manager then acted like she was counting the register before she started yelling at me as well saying “I’m holding up her drive thru window”. I then told her “Just give me my money so I can leave I just caught y’all trying to scam me.” She then threatened to call the police.” I told her to do so. Two Byram police officers came. I then requested a police report from the officers who stated they’ll do a thorough investigation. A case number was given.
UPDATE: Rally’s management team reached out and were very professional. I was very impressed with their great customer service and abilities to resolve this issue. Thanks again! Rally’s manager Thomas for the free replacement meal and ice cream, and also to the regional manager for reaching out as quick as she did.

All of yall saying negative comments over a “warm burger” or a little wait time. Wow. Everytime I’ve had to wait it’s been perfect and fresh. Rally’s don’t sit things to warm they cook what you order. Rally’s will always be my go to. Everytime I go they just don’t miss. Byram honestly has the best warmest menu, but all the rally’s are awesome. Y’all shut up and enjoy y’all’s food.

Never got to taste any food. Was left sitting at the speaker. Dude came and closed the line I was in. Never said anything to me. I drove to the window and was asked to pull back around to order at the speaker. Horrible!
