As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They were out of several things that I tried to order. Then I was told after I paid that I would have to wait for my tenders (not the best tenders I’ve ever had). They asked me to park and when they finally brought my order out it was missing part of the order. I asked for a mixture of sweet and unsweetened tea since it is always too sweet and I was only given unsweetened tea. The young lady that took my order and the gentleman that brought my order out were both very nice.

if i could give this zero stars i would. currently still waiting for food, we ordered for 4 people, and it has taken an hour. one full hour! over, actually. there were 6 people in the place and about 3 were working if they felt like it. i dont even know if the food is good, because it 100% is worth a review of 0 stars before i decide to try the food. i am hopeful it is the best god damn 27 dollar food ive ever had, again, it was almost an hour and a half of waiting. spare the trip. go to a local store and buy the stuff to make a burger. itll be worth it.

Good food, slower service and it was rundown around the building. The specials cardboard signs hard to read at night as there was not enough light. Lines did not move fast and the cashier seemed to have wait a long time to give you your food.

This Rally’s has great burgers bottom line! I usually take my son to a rival burger establishment because it’s closer to the school, but as we were headed home he requested a burger. So we stopped at this location to fill his burger craving!
He usually gets two double cheeseburgers, fries and a tea, so we took the same route and ordered their version of his meal. I myself got a double fish sandwich and fries to satisfy my hunger at the time. The cashiers were pleasant as they took my order and also when providing us our meals. We did not wait long for our food either. We were at this location around 1 pm to give you a timestamp for associates that work there.
Well, we left and then my son proceeded to go to town on the burger meal. I looked and waited for a couple minutes as he took in the flavors and he said, “Dad this burger is really good and juicy!”
I replied, “Oh, ok, is it better than your other burger spot and he replied, “I don’t know yet I have to eat some more.” A few minutes later both burgers and fries were no longer with us and he was just sipping his drink then he said. ”That was really good, I think this is my new burger place!”
I ate my fish sandwich when we returned home and it too was good. So if you are looking for a teenager and dad certified good burger give this location a try!

Came in around 2am, ordered a 2 for 6$ value. Came to the window and they tell my total is 13.07, confirmed my order was the 2 for 6$. Charged my card 16.09$. Found the receipt in the bag, and it my ordered but paid in cash. I dont know who to speak to about this, but night shift is running a shady business. Be careful when dealing with this establishment.

The absolute worst service I ever received in my life. I was in the drive thru for 20 mins and decided to walk up. Was in line for another 20 minutes then this man opened the other window and we all ran thinking he was opening. H said he was only doing door dash so we went back to the window. A group of boys who came after me jumped back in line. I told the light skinned girl with 2 pony tails that I was there way before them. The one boy started flirting with her and bragged on how he want her number so she proceeds with his order and about all 5 with them. I was very irritated…sat in line and all I had to do is flirt with your staff… Good Bye!!!

This past Monday when I visited the self serving drink machine was down which was understandable, After I ordered a combo meal, I received my small cup I never expected it to be that small And of course, I was very thirsty so we didn’t take long for me to finish that drink, But the fact that I asked the girl working the front counter to refill my drink, I could tell she was annoyed and bothered that I asked her to do that, I’m like what do you expect me to do? Your drink machine is down, and on top of that, she never even greeted me when I walked inside the store And a person handed me my food never even said have a nice day or nothing, Out of all three people that were working on Monday I felt like only one of them was giving me good customer service, Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the service, because if I feel like I get bad service at an store, especially from an employee who looks too bothered to do her job, then I’m gonna be tempted, not to come back
