Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere was lovely if not a little chilly inside.
The broth in the black garlic oil ramen was very rich and flavorful, definitely a highlight. However the pork was tough and dry. The noodles were also lacking in flavor however the wavy noodles in the shoyu were fantastic

Pleasantly Surprised!
I stumbled upon this place while searching for somewhere to eat, and I’m glad I did. The teriyaki beef bowl was a hit: fresh, perfectly steamed veggies, and rice that was cooked just right: fluffy and not mushy. The beef was nicely seared and coated in just the right amount of teriyaki sauce: not too heavy, letting the flavors shine through. Bonus points for the super friendly and welcoming staff. Great little find, made my day!

It was a good experience. I loved the ramen and would love to go again. And the portion was really good, little more for dinner.
Food came out very fast.
If I want to recommend one thing, it would be to have more vegetarian options.

The food was pretty good. Definitely, not the best, but it wasn’t bad either. In all transparency, the prices are way above what they should be for the level of food and service, but if people are willing to pay for it… Felt more like fast food or cafe ish rather than sit down. With that said, that is how a lot of places are in Japan, so…
Anyway, decent food, decent service, but overpriced is the sum of this review.

First time trying this place tonight! As someone who loves Ramen and Katsu, I can be a bit critical. Especially of counter service places. However, this place was awesome. Super fast and friendly service… And the most important thing… Great food!

I love Raku, we drive an hour to go monthly, but tonight we went and WOW! Seeing the female and male worker yelling at each other, over orders was terrible. They couldn’t figure out the orders, we ordered at the kiosk but opted for takeout and our order was made for dine in. We tried correcting them and the female began yelling at the kitchen staff. When we drove off, with our order we had our chicken missing from our Raku Ramen, and mixed tempura was just veggies, all burnt. Again I love Raku but for the price I should be getting better quality food and the food I paid for.

Best ramen I’ve had. The spice level was perfect, the pork cutlet was amazingly crispy, as was the chicken karage (ask for the orange sauce for its dip)
Staff were super helpful in guiding our order.

We like this place a lot. Food specially Ramens are alway spot on. This time my son tried a non ramen item and he also liked it. I always order spicy Ramen evwrytime we visit. Service is also great, friendly, helpful, quick. Atmosphere: always clean. Easy parking ia a plus too.

This place is definitely on my top 5 ramen spots list. The atmosphere is nice and kickback. I really liked the spicy katsu ramen. The serving size is very generous as well. When we came in we ordered on the screen up front and our food was brought to us in about 10 minutes. I definitely look forward to coming back to this place and trying out more items.
