Terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Usually not this bad. But this time the rice is 90% raw. Inedible.
Very interestingly, before I came, I told my friend who was walking with me that I was getting some inedible stuff (not even food) at chipotle. Unfortunately i predicted 100% right this time.

Absolutely shameful.
They were incredibly rude inside of the restaurant and proceeded to give me the wrong order dispite the top clearly saying the right order.
This is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at a restaurant.
I wish i could give them -5 stars.
Couldn’t even return a phone call so i could speak my mind.

there were bugs in my lettuce and there was beef in the VEGAN sofritas. i am so disappointed because i love chipotle and this is only location close to me. this was completely disgusting.

The chipotle is terrible. I get a veggie bowl and they always skimp out on portions. Usually for a veggie bowl the guac is free but they charged me. One time I asked for extra rice and a girl put her entire hand in the rice and used her hand to put it into my bowl. Absolutely disgusting.

Often a long line and they put mobile orders behind the counter, making you wait for often a while. Food is sometimes pretty packed, but there’s been a few times where my bowl is half empty. I think it’s fine for a cheaper lunch.

The second you walk in it is so dirty everywhere. The people working are so rude and unfriendly, I got chicken gave less than half a scoop asked for double and got even less so paid for double and didn’t even get a full serving, then they but sour cream on which I did not ask for and they refused to remake it because they were too busy

The woman who helped our order was extremely disrespectful. We hadn’t even finished the order but she closed the lids on the bowls. When I asked for lettuce and cheese, she said they were already wrapped so couldn’t be opened, and they were only available as sides. I’ve never heard of such policy ever. She even slammed the sides onto the lid hard with anger. We ended up not taking the foods. What a truly awful experience.

The food was fine, but the service was terrible. The lady at the protein section didn’t put the food as I asked, even though I repeated it twice. I only realized it when I got home, so I had to go back and have it changed. They asked me a bunch of questions and finally told me to throw the old one away and make a new one. She was literally staring at me in a strange way when I received my food. This was also the same lady who once refused to serve my friend just because my friend’s English wasn’t very good.

The rice tastes pretty raw and sticks together. This is literally the worst rice I ever had. Otherwise the steak would have been good.
