Thali is great. Jalebi is great, try to get it hot from them. They are a friendly staff. Pizza is okay but not up to expectations. Located in a very good area. You can have food and go for grocery shopping in India bazar. There are other restaurants next to it like a next counter where they have different food options.

Every time I visit, there’s no one at the front counter—not once have I seen staff readily available. Even when I place an order at the kiosk, no one shows up. I regularly come in for tea and snacks, and despite the place being empty, I still wait at least 15 minutes every time.
One employee in particular—the man with glasses. He’s one of the laziest and least attentive staff I’ve encountered. The overall attitude from the team feels like they’re doing us a favor instead of providing a service. It’s disappointing.
People still come here for the food, myself included. But if better options open nearby, this place will struggle to survive unless the staff’s behavior and service improve drastically.

Recently happened to visit the place. The ambience is decent. I’ve ordered pav bhaji and it turns out to be the worst pav bhaji i ever had. In the name of bhaji, they just gave aloo curry and the pav is not at all fresh. For the price it is at, 8.99, tried my best to eat half atleast, but couldn’t even do that.

Rajulas kitchen service is the worst service, very rude & irrogant. They need to learn alott.
Yesterday I ordered a plate of Aloo Masala Puri and a plate of Chole Puri and told them to call me when the order was ready because I wanted to eat hot food. But after 10 mins when i aaked in counter about my food then the lady said we do not have chole. So i said then make a order odf 2 plate alloo masala puri. But i clearly mentioned that i want both order at same time.
Then after 10 mins she called your order is ready So I went to pick it up. Then I saw that there were only puris on the plate.
Then I asked where the aloo masala, then i got reply sabji were being cooked… I didn’t say anything after that. Finally, the aloo masala sabji got after 5 minutes.
Then I asked where the second plate . they said it would take some time. So we started eating with one plate of puri and the aloo masala sabji… Then, after 5 minutes, when the second order arrived, they again only gave us puris. When I asked about the aloo masala sabji, they said it was still being cooked.
Again the same repled. So i finally told them learn to take order propetly.

Food items tasted delicious. Samosas were pick of the lot.
Reduced 1 star from the rating as the place is new and will need sometime to get everything in order. Waiting time is a little high right now but I am sure that they will scale up number of employees

It’s really nice to visit for snacks, we usually visit for samosa craving, masala tea, samosa chat, aalo tiki is also good and my family liking, we also tried onions pakoda, it also taste good. Over all we recommend it for snaking, specially for Indian aalo samosa and tea.

Very bad taste. ordered 2 chats and a plate of samosa.. samosa’s were decent but the chats were the worst I ever had. Those were not even warm. they were cold and cost is really high for the quality I got. Not worth the penny..And the wait time is long too.. A total disappointment

The unlimited pani puri experience was the worst. When the place gets crowded, the service becomes very slow, and even after waiting, your turn often gets missed. Additionally, the way they serve is unhygienic.

Terrible experience. The food tasted bad and the coffee was the worst. They added sugar to the coffee without asking. When I politely asked why sugar was added without checking, the staff argued and said that no restaurant in the entire USA serves coffee without sugar, which is completely untrue and very unprofessional. There was no effort to listen or correct the issue. Overall, rude staff, very poor service and an unpleasant experience.

Has been our go to place for indian snack sand sweets during Diwali, Thor quality was always good. This year their quality has deteriorated. Bought packed sweets and jalebi both day before Diwali both stale and rancid.
