First time going to Raising Cane’s, heard good things…I was not disappointed. I got the three finger combo which includes fries, Texas toast and a drink. Everything was good, the fries could have been a little more crispy but still good. I also heard their dipping sauce was very good and that’s true. I enjoyed it and would recommend it. I will come back.

Can you guys fix your water fountain tap. This has been on ongoing issue for over a year and it’s very simple to fix. Makes me question everything else that might be wrong with the place when it comes to cross contamination. If I was diabetic I could legally sue this franchise for putting sugar in my water.

We came in with a group of 15, which I know can be a lot to handle, and the team at Raising Cane’s handled it like pros. But what really made the experience stand out was Jason.
Jason went out of his way to check on our table multiple times, made sure everyone had what they needed, and did it all with genuine kindness and a great attitude. He wasn’t just “doing his job” — he was welcoming, complimentary, and made our entire group feel taken care of. That kind of service is rare.
With a group that size, things can easily feel chaotic, but Jason’s positive energy and attention to detail made it smooth and enjoyable. He truly made the experience incredible.
