It’s a quick bite kind of place for me, not really a fan of chicken but my kids love it so I come here frequently. Their lemonade, however, is very very good, that’s my favorite item. That and the bread. The chicken is too dry for my liking.

Ordered from the drive thru at 9:43 PM, got home ready to dig in but they forgot to put the canes sauce. Idk how to enjoy these dry fingers without the sauce. Called the store twice because nobody answered the phone the first time.

Be careful when going through the drive-thru. Today @ 5:45pm, I witnessed very concerning service. The employee handed my drink to another car, then took it back and tried to serve it to me. According to proper protocol, any food or beverage once handed out should be disposed of, not given to another customer.
When I asked for a replacement, she gave me back what appeared to be the same drink—melted ice and all—while trying to make it seem like it was remade. At that point, I had no choice but to throw it away.
This was very disappointing and a serious concern, especially considering I was ordering for my child. Proper food safety and customer service standards need to be followed.
Very saddening because my children love Canes. Think I need to start going to another Canes near by.

Very fast service with fresh food. Don’t let the long drive thru line scare you away they are very fast taking orders and getting customers out of the door. The last two times I visited the inside line was also long but with two cashier’s they knocked the line down very fast. Food is always hot and fresh and the staff is friendly and fast. Highly recommend this place.

Not only was my canes amazing as it always is for me to go there so much. But to emphasize how each extra sauce is 45 cents and then go not fill to the brim is ridiculous. You’re taking my money so the least you guys could do is fill the container to a reasonable amount for the price. Peter in drive thru was amazing and had me and my younger sister literally laughing through as we waiting for our food. I also wish I could enter you win canes for a year for free but I have misplaced the receipt even looking through my trash, to attempt to look for this receipt but due to being so upset about the sauce I couldn’t manage. Wish I was all 5 stars all around for it was a new location I had tried.

The taste of the food is good but if you ask for crispy fries it seems like they make sure to put soggy ones, ask for hot sauce they will say it’s in the bag but it never is. The service is quick

I got a remake of the first orders only to find a hair fried in the chicken strip. When I let them know the manger said I was a liar. When I walked in and showed him the stuck on hair, he offered a replacement of that pice of chicken. Instead of refunding what I originally paid. I was not nice to call me a liar.

The place is nice and clean. Friendly environment all around and pretty good food. Had to wait a little longer than expected for my order that I called in ahead of time due to lunch rush, but was definitely pleased with the quality of service.

This place lives up to the Hype! Wait was not bad at 11am, waited about 5 mins in line and another 3-5 mins for my name to be called with my food! These chicken tenders beat our chick fil a by a long shot! Not as thickly batterd as their competition which actually permits you to taste the great juicy flavor of their chicken! Even though this place looked very busy on 11-2-17 only day 3 of operation they move the line along very efficiently with what I believe was 3 open registers inside! I could tell they had a lot of “experienced” help from other locations to keep things going smoothly! Let’s hope the local crew picks up on their lead when they are left to run the ship by themselves!
