Very disappointed tonight. The main door had a sign that said “Use other door”. It was taped very high up on the door above eye level. I watched person after person try and open the door, which was locked, and just leave. The door was usable for an exit, but was broken and not able to open from the outside. I told the cashier and the manager on duty what was happening and that they were losing customers due to the sign being placed too high. Neither one seemed to care. I stayed for the next hour and ate my food and watched too many people to count have to figure out new Valentine’s plans as they walked away. I couldn’t keep opening the door for everyone all night. Bad show Raising Cane’s.

I went in today to order a large order and the girl Sammie up front was so sweet and patient. I asked about the lemonade and she convinced me to get it because she said they make them fresh every morning and she was right, the lemonade was absolutely delicious!
When I was eating she checked in on me to see how I was doing and I appreciated it.
The store was very clean including the bathroom.
My food came out fast and fresh.

This is señor botas with signature barbering pro. I arrived to raising canes location in Victorville, ca. as soon as I entered I was greeted by Za. She provided amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend this location. (I also thought it was cool how she had red hair). Za definitely shined all five stars for customer service!

Came by here returning from a camping trip and it’s one of the better canes I’ve been to lately. Good size facility, food quality is there too. Will gladly come by again. Bathrooms are nice and clean too. William is a cool dude and so are all the other staff.
