Nice outdoor space overall for enjoying Raising Cane’s chicken fingers. The food is consistently good—the chicken is hot, crispy, and delicious, just what you expect when you’re craving comfort food. It’s a great spot to sit outside and enjoy your meal, especially when the weather is nice.
That said, the outdoor seating could really benefit from more shade, particularly on the west and southwest sides. During the afternoon, the sun can be intense and make it uncomfortable to sit for long. Adding umbrellas or covered areas would significantly improve the experience and make the patio much more enjoyable throughout the day.

Ordered drive thru, got to the window and the person asked for my name, I gave my name, then they handed me someone else’s order. They gave me the food that was missing which is great, perfect, that’s reasonable, but the person who handed me the food blamed me and said I said yes to the wrong name. She did not say a name and I did not say yes. Also, one of the replacement chicken stripes were wet and not fully breaded. And I was not given a receipt so I couldn’t even leave this review privately.
Edit: when I got home I realized they did NOT give me everything I ordered, they gave me a combo with substantially less fries and only 1 substituted bread, when I had asked for both caniac combos to have coleslaw substituted for an extra slice of bread.

The value of the food experience just keeps getting worse. First of all the staff was great, friendly and attentive.
The low stars is for the price value and the quality of the food.
I got the 4 piece meal and my g/f got the 3 piece meal. $27 just for those 2 meal. That would be $54 for a family of four!!!!
The chicken , well what were they? The so called strips have seem to become even SMALLER. Both of our meals the strips were soggy, flavor seemed to have disappeared from the breading (maybe because it was oh I don’t know SOGGY?!!!
Very disappointing food experience and value.

Food is good its chicken sometimes though chicken is soggy compared to other Canes places in other cities. Customer service is good they greet you take your order and then they give you your food in the next window they can definitely improve. I haven’t dine in since its so small and its always pack even their parking space is limited.

I went through the drive thru. The young lady delivering the food lied and said there was hot sauce in the bag. When I got home ofcourse there wasnt any hot sauce in the bag.
