It was my first time trying DWC and I did a pick up order. I was surprised at how big the traditional wings are compared to some other places! The wings were flavorful and coated in sauce. Great casual spot for wings.

Very good wings! Went twice recently and both orders were very good. Spice levels are fairly mild. I prefer the classic wings over the boneless. Huddle pack is a great deal!

Stopped here a week ago and again today. The wings were cooked correctly no blood or pink. The skin and meat were juicy and not dried out.
I had the Dill Pickle, Lemon Pepper and Creole Parmesan. The dill is delicious, but the creaminess slightly washes out the briny taste you may know with pickles. That may not be an issue for others.
The creole was flavourful, but not spicy. I didn’t look at the heat chart properly.
Lemon Pepper is classic flavour not too strong not too weak.
I’ll try the fries, but i’m definitely satisfied and happy for sure

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and the food somehow managed to be just as bad.
The first time we ordered, we were given wings that were completely dry and inedible. When we contacted them, they explicitly told us they would make it right by giving us 20 replacement wings. That never happened. We were straight up misled, and nothing was done to correct it.
Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we ordered again about a month later — huge mistake. We ordered chicken tenders with dry rub, and there was no dry rub at all. Instead, we received some bland, disgusting, flavorless sauces on the side that we never asked for. The tenders themselves were unimpressive and sloppy.
The sides were just as bad: soggy french fries that tasted like they’d been sitting around forever, and burnt Texas toast that was borderline charcoal.
Between the deception, the complete lack of accountability, and consistently awful food quality, this place has proven it doesn’t care about its customers or what it sends out the door. There are way too many better wing spots around to waste money here. Never again.

A few weeks ago we got 20 wings that were drier than wood chips. When my bf called to complain the lady there said “they were not dry” but she said she could give us another free wings when we order again. So tonight when we tried to comp our meal, they would not let us . So we still ordered anyways and got chicken tenders (the habanero ranch and the Cajun rub). Well apparently the tenders don’t come as a rub, the tenders come plain with the sauce on the side of the flavors you ordered. Those sauces were the most oily disgusting flavorless sauce we have ever eaten. We will just stick to wingstop.

Fries were hot and crispy. Buffalo parm wings needed a little more time to rest so the sauce would stick but still tasted great. Worth the price.

Last 2 times I have gotten wings from here they have been comically small. Today I picked up my 20 pack and fries $26 when I picked the bag up I had to double check if it was my order it was so light. When we got home we seen the wings and omg I don’t know what to call these things mini wings? Got 20 wings but it’s for sure the equivalent of 6-8 normal size wings.

4 hours late on our order .( it was superbowl so I’ll give Grace here) but when I called staff was just clueless , I paid delivery fee abd tip and had to go pick it up anyways . They couldn’t refund my money , messed up our order. We’re visiting from Florida and were excited to try . Sauce was good , staff outright terrible

Poor management on Super Bowl. Staffed lacked empathy and offered no concessions for being more than an hour behind scheduled pick up times. Kept lying to people saying 10-15 minutes behind schedule despite people waiting for more than a hour. Rookie mistake. Control orders if you can’t keep up. Won’t make that mistake again next year – will patronage another local business instead. At least offer a $5 “I’m sorry” coupon.

This review is based off the BONELESS wings. They were nothing more than over fried McNuggets. At the price you pay ($50+) you would expect more meat and an actual piece of chicken.
Looking for traditional wings, Detroit Wings is great. Looking for a boneless option, save your money.
