Pretty busy but it was a Friday evening. Would not recommend for sit down. Staff was very nice even though it was busy, food was good and plentiful but not cheap. Came out fast. Overall fine but won’t make it a point to return.

My family’s meals were essentially uncooked. The fries were underdone, and the toast wasn’t toasted at all. I had to finish cooking the fries myself once I got home, which is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Serving undercooked food is a serious safety concern, and my family could have gotten sick. This experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. While the chicken and sauce were good, I will not be returning to this location.

This was my daughter’s in my first time coming to canes. It was busy inside but it did not take long for our food to be ready. They do not have spicy sauces, only hot sauce. The cane sauce is not spicy but it is delicious with the chicken, fries and bread. I love their ice cubes because they are small and round, perfect for chewing on. They had the walls opened up for maximum coolness on a hot day along with the fans running. One of the employees from behind the counter came around and asked everybody who was sitting there eating if the food was good and if they needed anything. And the experience was wonderful!

Got the 4pc Chicken Fingers meal didn’t taste as good as some of the other locations I’ve ate at but not bad , very quick service … No drive thru at this location but very kool location I believe on the University of Nevada Campus

Little too loud and industrial for our taste but certainly not a deal breaker. Kolin with a K will give you a big friendly wave and a “Welcome to Canes!” as soon as you enter. He and the delicious food made it perfect!

We were extremely impressed with this location. We love Canes and had a relatively small window for lunch in a baseball tournament nearby. I was nervous when we arrived with the amount of people at this location. Our whole team ended up there, plus others and what looked like a bunch of college kids coming in and out. They were amazing! Super quick and efficient. Order was perfect! Would highly recommend. They handled a large rush incredibly well.

I’ve had Cane’s in 5-6 states now and all met or exceeded my expectations. This store had really good service and was quick to serve everyone. It’s right next to the University of Nevada-Reno and gets a lot of college students, but it doesn’t hurt their service. Cool decor. The only downside is limited parking. We’ll be back!
