So Canes this is how you serve customers a hour and a half before you close??? This chicken smells like old oil or oil that has chemicals. It smells burnt and like chemicals. Maybe it was refried to serve to someone else. I don’t know it was absolutely nasty. This is the first time going to this location. Never again.

The restaurant was pretty good, the atmosphere was good, tables slightly dirty but not bad. Employees were very attentive, smiling and enjoying the work. Plenty of conversations in the back kitchen heard from the counter. Outside is a bit dark in the parking lot during night time. As far as the food the chicken was good, but needed some seasoning. The bread this time was very dry, not crispy like it sometimes comes out. Fries were good as well as the sauce.

I normally love raising cane’s, but this is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed at one. The staff was not friendly, and customer service was non-existent. This is the best canes we have ever had between New Mexico (First time trying it) and Colorado (Denver Metro) We opted out of the drive through as it was backed up to the near by store’s building which was being managed by security. Found parking by the front walked in with about 15 people in line took us 5-10 minutes to get to the register to order. Our order taker was amazing she got everything we asked for including our substituted honey mustard sauce which is our favorite. We also ordered a gallon of sweet tea to go. Caniac combo and box combo were ordered everything was phenomenal. Chicken was HOT AND FRESH, as were the fries, and the toast. The coleslaw had a great flavor something other locations have struggled to be consistent with. The available tables were super clean and we observed the employees cleaning after everything. The order announcer was steering the ship inside, from quality control to time control. We waited 15 minutes after placing our order. That’s like 1 order per minute, and they were calling out multiple completed orders every 1-2 minutes. Spent about $30. There is outside seating as well.

The Manager Torrance or was it Terrance was just so out of this world, you can tell she likes eating fried chicken ever seen the Chocobo Summon in Final Fantasy IV 3-D for the iPhone, it’s like a GIANT yellow bird in a nest, she looked just like that, you can tell she eats her chicken, anyway the restaurant on the inside is sloppy, trash all over the place, tables are dirty, the shorter female who handed me the cup was nice and friendly, I don’t know why lemonade wasn’t out with the tea, wanted to mix it, that’s why I got a drink, ended up using Sprite instead. Is the doorway large enough for her to fit through it,and also while I was in the restaurant, I almost felt like ‘Terrance/Torrance’ that’s what she said her name was, was getting real friendly and handsy with one of her male employees, I guess he was her subordinate, “YOU GO GIRL!” Clean the restaurant, it shouldn’t look like someone just gave birth in your restaurant with the aluminum tables, and napkins littered across the floor. The outside parking lot isn’t safe either and Torrance/Terrance allows outside solicitation to customers as well, as a customer I don’t like that or appreciate, and can’t begin to tell you how bothered I am.

They pretty much only serve chicken fingers here but they are really good. The chicken is super moist. I ordered five chicken fingers a la carte and four of them were really decent size, one of them was really small.
My friend had one of the combo meals that comes with crinkle fries and bread which were both also very good.
The staff was super friendly.
They have single person/family bathrooms.
They serve Coke products and iced iced tea and sweet tea.

Had to try this place out given the love my son has developed for their chicken. I think the fry batter they use is quite good and the chicken was very well cooked. The menu is completely focused on chicken strips. I kind of prefer having more sides and choice in dipping sauce; but if you’re strictly looking for high-quality chicken strips this is an outstanding choice! Easy location with a very lively crowd and fun decor.

The chicken fingers are very decent, but your coleslaw is seriously terrible. Your bread is too salty and the tea is too sweet. Maybe consider doing what other restaurants do and offer low salt and sugar selections.

Horrible experience the cashier was rude taking the order. My food was cold not crispy at all!
I did not get my receipt or Card back after paying had to turn around go back. I went inside to get. it looked like she was slumped over writing something down.
I let the cashier at the counter know I didn’t get the card back he was hesitant to go look for it after telling him the name & description after back and forth for a second he finally went to the window and brought me the card.
I asked for a copy of my receipt and conveniently the survey was remove. as I said before, the food was cold, and as you can see from the picture, I was barely able to finish the chicken.
After I spoke with the GM about the experience the Girl at the window started laughing as if the situation was a joke. She reassured me she would look at the security from that morning. I will be monitoring my account if I see any unrecognized charges I will be filing a police report and pressing charges.
I will not be returning to this location ever again
