This was my first time eating here. There about five of us who tried it for the first time and we all scored it and I divided it up and it ended up being a four out of five stars. Everyone else got really equal serving sizes when they got their combo just one of my chicken strips was kind of smaller compared to other people but not that big of a deal. The toast was good the chicken was amazing and I liked their sauce. Those types of french fries are not my cup of tea but I do think it could have had a little more salt on it. Overall I was satisfied with my meal and really happy with the customer service and the atmosphere inside the place. I would definitely recommend people to try this place out if they haven’t already. The food came out fairly quickly after ordering and there was no line when I went to order in the first place. My only complaint is that there isn’t a location near me back at home.

The only good thing here was the service!

It’s all good food, but nothing that is a cut above the rest. I do wish the chicken breading had more flavor but I do like how light the breading is. The fries could be crispier. The Texas toast, is simplistically delicious.

The chicken is so ridiculous small…for these prices…inflation hit their chickens so hard…then their drinks are so filled with ice before you can take a few sips it’s magically gone cause all the ice. I’m so done. I regret this purchase with every fiber in my being. I decided to take a picture of the smallest chicken strip and biggest compared to the sauce cup so anyone who sees knows their getting ripped off. Also included their prices so you can see why I’m so angry.

I liked the Post Malone cup too. I enjoyed everything!. I am do not enjoy coldslaw normally but I loved this one for its flavor. Obviously the chicken is amazing! The toasted bread complemented everything perfectly! I couldn’t ask for more

Chicken pieces were very small, over cooked and lots of crunchy crispy pieces to cover the fact the chicken was small. Worst chicken we had ever gotten from there. Best part of the meal was the toast and lemonade and sweet tea. Fries were cold, cole slaw was warm and we didn’t eat it. Spent a little over $81.00 and were very disappointed. Girl out front who took the order had no personality at all. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Don’t know what happened to Canes, it was very good at one time but definitely not now. Wont be going back there especially for that price if the quality of food doesn’t improve.

The chicken is so fluffy and moist, it tastes pretty good too. This place is definitely “one love” and that’s chicken. Its not about what you’re having, that’s established, it’s about how much of it. Staff is super nice, the place is brand new, so super clean. It does fill you up quick and I read online about the high levels of msg in their food. Still, I will be back.

Unfortunately my experience did not live up to what I am accustomed to in other locations. The original negative experience I had was the quality of, or lack thereof, of the chicken itself. What pitiful looking meat-lacking, chicken tenders. The portions were smaller than county-provided meals and it was all costing and breading. So I called two days later (two days later because I couldn’t find the receipt and if this the reception I received WITH a receipt imagine what the outcome would be withOUT it) and spoke to Brittney, who represented herself as the GM—although was informed that she was a GM, in training—. She had an accusatory tone when I explained the situation to her. She inferred that I was lying and was just overall, not a nice person. If this is how she is in training, how is she going to train her employees and what a sad state we live in where a company like Raising Canes would consider her a quality employee so much so as to give her her own restaurant.

Only 3 cars in front of me in drive thru, took 20 minutes total. So slow. Person at window was very pleasant. She would have received five stars.

Food is great as always but the drive thru is a disaster most times.
