LOVE the chicken! Super tender and steamy hot! The dipping sauce is sooo tasty. Fries and Cole slaw were good. Clean bright atmosphere. I was so impressed by the really friendly and hardworking employees. Definitely a great price and great value! Highly recommend if you haven’t tried already.

I haven’t been able to afford to eat here in quite a while. My income doesn’t allow for me to indulge much these days. I had picked up some extra hours at work and I really wanted to treat myself for Christmas to something I really enjoy and that’s Canes. I ordered the 4 piece box combo last night and when I got home, the chicken tenders were very small. They seemed to be half the size of what I was accustomed to getting when I would eat here a year ago. I didnt get any Texas toast either. They forgot to put it in the box. I was bummed. I was really looking forward to enjoying one of my favorite foods and I spent over $14 for half portions and missing items. The food was great but I didnt get what I had paid for.

The food was okay. The size of chicken tenders is definitely shrinking over time. The 2 girls running the drive-thru were more interested in their conversation than keeping the line moving. I always swap the slaw for an extra sauce. She thought I said toast and I corrected her, but I she still swapped the slaw for extra toast and then charged extra for the 2nd sauce. Overall ok but not the usual excellent service.

Okay this might be the goofiest thing anyone has ever read, but the guy who was working the drive thru tonight on Sat. Feb. 21st around 10pm, you’re an angel.. I came through the drive thru to grab something to eat after having a real hard day and crying and I think he noticed I was trying to keep my composure in line and gifted me an extra sauce it’s not about the sauce… it’s about the kind gesture he did when he noticed I was having a hard time. And that alone made me feel 1000x better. So whatever your name is, I’m so sorry I didn’t ask, thank you… you’re a saint and I hope they give you a raise!! That’s what customer service is all about!

Moist, tender, tasty chicken fingers, not too much breading. Good sauce and coleslaw, too. Not really into their crinkle fries or Texas toast, but they’renot why we come here. Their good-sized 3 piece combo is just over $10. Fast, friendly drive-thru folk.

Joel at Raising Cane’s made my meal truly exceptional. The chicken was incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly, a testament to the kitchen’s care. What really stood out was Joel’s positive and attentive service. He was friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. His attitude was the best I’ve encountered at this location, making my visit a delight. I highly recommend seeking him out for a great meal and service. Have a blessed day Joel

We had 6 pce chicken fingers. The cashier offered us extra fries since we were sharing in lieu of garlic toast. The chicken was moist & very good. Service was fast.

The food was great! EXCEPT PARKING IS VERY LIMITED! Going here during rush hours, not a good idea. You’d might as well park in the dirt lot. Otherwise this place was good. This place is rather still new, but their soda fountain was out of order already. Restrooms were clean, however are not gender specific. So for you ladies out there, let’s hope us gentlemen lift the toilet seat.

Like “In N Out” the limited menu really works.
The drive up is always full. The food, of course , is good. Parking, however, is not good. We had to park at “What A Burger” next door and walk over to dine in. (We didn’t mind, but I gotta think WAB does!)
Curiously there were very few people in the restaurant. This leads me to believe the employees are taking all the parking spots.
And of course, like all AZ restaurants, it was cold inside. (We always carry sweatshirts in the car so not a big deal.)

This was our first time at this location. I’ve been to several Cane’s restaurants, but this place has gone above and beyond with cleanliness and customer service. The food is exactly what it’s supposed to be. They are taking positivity to ninja level with the crew they hired.
