Margarita at the drive-thru was amazing. She was so sweet, funny, and had the best energy. She made the whole ordering process enjoyable and genuinely made my day better.

My family and I live in Horizon and this canes is our closet location and of course we have to dine in. We come at least once a month and every time we go it is always clean the floor is always swept the tables never dirty. My biggest pet peeve is a beverage station missing condiments and messy. However, this location is complete opposite always organized stocked and never a mess. Chicken is always fresh and hot! And customer service is always at the best you’re welcomed and thanked!

The food is always amazing and freshly made. The chicken is delicious and the fries are nice and crispy. It’s way better then the restaurants around it like charleys. Adriel helped me and was very helpful and respectful he deservers a raise.

every time we come the customer service is always amazing. the people working outside are so nice, despite working in all types of different weather. they are always 100% accurate with our larger family orders in my experience, and their workers go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. special shoutout to Grace, she was so sweet to my mother while taking our order, and she was very friendly. this is our favorite Canes location in El Paso ♥️

Stopped by tonight through the drive thru and the two people taking orders were so much fun! They were friendly and silly, but productive. They wanted to listen to music so we played DJ while we waited in the line. It was a super fun trip to Raising Canes. The food could honestly be horrible tonight and I wouldn’t care, they made it worthwhile!

i just went through the drive thru around 12 and ordered two box combos. one of the orders was correct but for some reason they gave me a box with just one tender, and coleslaw that i did not order. i havent eaten all day so this is a bit upsetting.

It’s good for fast food, and my daughter really liked her kids meal. The chicken was good and was not overcooked or undercooked. Staff were friendly and courteous, however they did seemed rushed, it may be because they really only serve chicken. We don’t eat out much so when we go out I don’t like to be rushed. Overall not bad just regular fast food great for a daddy daughter day!

Jackie the manager adjust all my issues I did go through the drive-through and my order was messed up. She assured me that to come back at a later date and she put my name down and she definitely took care of me.
