The food is good. I ask 4 combos 3 fingers. and 1 combo box.. they gave us two bags with 5 boxes. I assumed it was my meal. Super cool experience.
I stopped into Canes around 2209 on 01/26. I noticed a servant staff prepping meals for customers witb expediency and efficientcy.
Through the drive-thru I happen to notice the team was dealing with a spill on the floor where a lot of people were assisting. What I didnt notice is people washing their hands afterwards and moving towards food prep.
I expressed these concerns due to the germ transfer which will occur from these touch points. I spoke to Nicholas who was the Manager. He was super respectful and receptive and talked about the training he had received and corrected the issue on spot with his staff. Super cool to see. Thank you guys

Besides the food being absolutely delicious, I would like to mention something a little off the subject of the taste. Recently, the weather affected my ability to drive my son to work. I have somewhat of a PTSD to driving on icy roads due to a horrible incident I experienced in my youth. What I want to say is my son wasn’t able to make it to work because of it. The management at Cane’s weren’t just understanding, they were caring and compassionate about the way the handled the absences of their employees. My son is truly lucky to work for a company that not only values the almost perfect taste of their food, but the safety of their employees. To the management of the Cane’s on 42nd, in Odessa, Texas I want to say thank you.

4/1/2022: I ordered a Caniac combo with extra toast butter on both sides instead of the coleslaw. The chicken was so hot and fresh and juicy chicken strips. The drive through line moved very quickly even though it was busy, and the employees were very friendly. I also got a 32 ounce cup of Canes sauce to enjoy with my meal.
I highly recommend trying out this brand new restaurant in Odessa.

The wait was terrible I mean it’s just chicken and fries nothing grand to have to wait seems not prepared. It cost to much for chicken and fries and have to wait forever .. Do better Cains. Do better just chicken not a gourmet meal

Cane’s usually delivers, and this was a great stop on the night before Thanksgiving. Multiple drive-thru lines were helpful for the dinner rush. Fresh food as always with Canes.

Hands down the best place to get chicken tenders. The service is good. Sometimes they can get dismissive, due to how busy they get, but the food quality and taste make up for it. My go to spot when craving fried chicken tenders.
