Tried their chicken biryani, mandi, bondas, and dosa — and honestly, everything was just amazing!
The biryani had the perfect flavor and spice — chicken was super soft and juicy.
The mandi was so tasty and aromatic, the meat just fell off the bone.
The bondas were crispy outside and fluffy inside — perfect with a cup of tea. ☕
And the dosa… perfectly crispy and golden, with chutney and sambar that hit just right.

Overall, the food was fresh, full of flavor, and totally worth it! Definitely going back again.

everything we tried was super tasty The Chicken Dum Biryani was flavorful and perfectly spiced, and the Gobi Manchurian was crispy and so good! We also got dosa and butter chicken — both were amazing. Portions are great, prices are reasonable, and the staff is really nice.
If you’re craving good South Indian food in the area, this spot is definitely worth it!

Absolutely love Adhurs Indian Food Truck! The flavors are authentic and remind me of home-cooked South Indian meals. The Butter Chicken and Chicken 65 are must-tries — rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and take pride in every dish.

The staff is super friendly and always ready to suggest something new from the menu. Portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.

If you’re in Holly Springs and craving real Indian food, this truck is a gem! Whether you’re trying Indian food for the first time or you’re a regular, you’ll leave happy and full.

– not a serious establishment
– they are not open for the times advertised and often run late. They were not ready to take order at 1.30pm on a Sunday afternoon and just getting started with cooking.
– most of the menus items are not available all the time as well.
– a hole in the wall place with a shack like prep kitchen and truck.
– the rice flavors are different between pulao, biryani, mandi with the difference in protein chosen.
– you cannot assume reliable service nor hygiene.

The Mysore bonda is the absolute best! Nothing on the menu disappoints. I’ve tried the mysore bonda, ghee karam dosa, chicken pakodi, chicken mandi, and vada sambar so far, and I’m excited to try more. The outdoor seating and ample parking make it a great place to hang out.

I’ve been visiting this food truck for the past couple of months after a friend recommended it. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the variety of dishes they offer and kept going back despite some inconsistencies in quality.

However, my last experience was beyond disappointing. It took an hour for me to pick up and get back home with my order, only to find that my food packet had been left outside in the cold (it was a cold evening). I brushed it off and headed home, excited to share the meal with my family. But as I started eating my Gutti Vankaya Pulav (a vegetarian dish), I felt something hard under my teeth—only to realize it was a piece of chicken bone! As a vegetarian, this was more than just a mistake; it was deeply unsettling and completely unacceptable.

I immediately called the food truck, expecting a sincere response. A lady answered and passed the call to someone else. He apologized at first but then questioned whether I was sure it was a chicken bone, even asking if it had meat on it. Then, almost dismissively, he said they were busy and something must have accidentally gotten mixed in, offering a refund as if that would make up for it. It felt like they were saying, “Oops, you ate something you don’t believe in, but here’s your money back, so it’s fine.”

Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability was even more frustrating. They asked me to send a picture, which I did, but after that—silence. No follow-up, no real effort to make things right. I even sent a text later as a follow up and still received no response. Shouldn’t they be the ones reaching out to correct the situation?

I’ve always believed in supporting local businesses, but this experience showed complete carelessness. If a restaurant can’t respect its customers’ dietary choices or handle food properly, how can I trust them again? I sincerely hope they take food safety and customer concerns more seriously in the future.
