I like this Canes! Me and my friends came to order after playing a long night off Activate games. The customer service was great and the food came out fast and fresh! I love canes and considering the other canes in north Houston , this is a great one!

First things first…they don’t know the difference between “no fries extra toast” and “no toast extra fries.”
Secondly, I’ve worked at a Canes before; it should be policy to throw out chicken fingers that are more fried than chicken, but I always receive at least one from this location.
Lastly…why on earth can they not substitute toast for the fries in a kids meal? They can do it on every other meal (assuming they get the request right), but on a kids meal “their system won’t allow it.” And don’t even think about asking them to just not put fries in the box, because that’s too much to ask em.
Either way this is the only canes on my way to work so I’ll still go here. But they aren’t great. (Attached photo includes all crispy from one “chicken finger”)

The food was great! We dined in. Went to the restrooms. No paper towels and the floors was so slippery from a greasy mop I almost fell. Told the employee it went in one ear and out the other. She didn’t seem like she care much. I didn’t want to sound like a Karen I just didn’t want someone to get hurt.

Need to slow down some and pay attention better. Girl at thru drive thru this morning gave me extra coleslaw and no fries at all. I asked for substitute the coleslaw with extra fries. its simple. Way to repeat it back to me and still get it wrong.

Fresh and crispy chicken fingers and sandwiches are the signature! I came there with my son and ordered chicken sandwich combo. Everything is so good. Friendly staff, fresh sandwiches. My son told me that we should’ve come this restaurant a few years ago. 5-star rating and definitely recommend to my friends

I’ve been eating at this canes since they opened and it used to be good, but now when I go to get food it’s always soggy and wet. At least the chicken is. The fries are ok at times, but my main concern is who wants to eat chicken that has wet and soggy batter falling off. You can tell them to make it extra crispy but most the time when you do it never is when you get it. I just would like to see them improve the quality of their food since they only make chicken. They also need to learn how to knock the grease off of the food before you put it in the box, it’s like they just throw it in there wet. Chicken tenders are supposed to be crispy and golden brown, not soggy and almost as white as the chicken. And yes I got take out but I work right next store so it’s sitting in the box for like 2 mins before I open it

It should be against the law to fry chicken with absolutely no seasoning on it. There is not one spec of salt, pepper, garlic powder, Creole seasoning or anything on this chicken. This is the most bland chicken I have ever tasted in my life. Absolutely terrible

I’m not from the area but I stopped at this location and it was awful.
I ordered crispy chicken and I got the complete opposite. The breading was falling off the chicken. It was soggy. The fries and the cane sauce were SUPER salty for some odd reason. I ordered an Arnold Palmer and it tasted watered down like if it’s been sitting out and they handed it to me.
I have never had a bad experience at canes but this spring location was bad due to the fact there’s nothing but teenagers that run the place.
