I absolutely love the new design at this Raising Cane’s in The Woodlands! The place looks so fresh, modern, and welcoming — bright lighting, clean lines, and cozy seating make it a great spot to sit down and enjoy a meal. You can tell they put real thought into the remodel. Cane’s vibe feels upgraded and stylish. The staff were friendly as always, and the whole place just gives off great energy. Well done, Cane’s — the new look is amazing!

Great service, hot food, and will be back. This is why I LOVE CANES ❤️
Side note one of my tenders was under half size of all the others. I purchased the “CANIAC” Combo – 6 tenders.

I really like stopping by the Cane’s on Research Forest! The atmosphere is always clean and upbeat, and it feels comfortable whether you’re eating there or just picking up food. The staff is super on top of things, and Manager Eleanor is always so kind and approachable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and her team, which makes the experience really pleasant

Went through the drive-thru for a Box Combo and the workers were nice but I got sick shortly after eating it. I noticed the chicken had an unusual taste but figured that location used a different oil. Fries were a little undercooked. Sauce and drink were good, though but none of it was worth getting sick for.

Raising Cane’s never disappoints. The chicken is always hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the fries are fresh every time. The coleslaw is simple but tasty, and the Texas toast is the perfect side to go with everything. Their lemonade is hands down one of the best around. Every visit is quick, friendly, and consistently great. This location really knows how to do it right.

This was our first time at Raising Cane’s.
Get it hot and it’s awesome.
Special mention goes to very special young man, Christian.
When I approached the door he greeted us and opened the door as I was in a transport chair. When the food was ready, he also brought it to our table.
Management has made a good choice by hiring people like Christian and other young people at the location.
Congratulations!

Update: Decided to give Canes another chance from my last post. Seems like the portion is getting worse. Took a photo of my order so you can see the portion of food for the price we pay.
Service is great but food is a rip off
I used to be satisfied with Raising Cane’s, although they are pricey. But the past couple of visits their chicken fingers have gotten smaller. Their portion of fries has also gotten less. Feels like you are getting ripped off paying for a combo but getting a kids meal. Seems to be a franchise decision because the other locations my teens go to are serving the same size and portion.

I just went through the drive through and at first, the cars weren’t moving at all. We were all just sitting in line forever and not moving. Then all of a sudden we started moving so fast. Like we would move up every 60 seconds. I was impressed at the rate they had us moving. When i ordered my food, the girl spoke so fast that I didn’t even know what she said but I told her what I wanted and she told me to move up to the second window to pay. At the second window it was a gentlemen passing the food out. He repeated what I ordered and I said correct and he then passed me my drink and food and I drove off. The traffic was bad so I was so focused on getting out of the traffic before opening my box of food. It was wrong. They gave me the wrong food and drink. I’m not about to fight with all this traffic to go back so it’s my loss this time. So disappointed. The food I did get was hot and fresh but I’m mainly disappointed bc I asked for a sweet tea and they gave me a coke ugh.

so asking for no toast and extra fries means that they are just not gonna give you the toast and the same amount of fries, so i payed full price for my meal, but didn’t get all of my meal. cool.

We occassionaly enjoy Raising Cane’s. This location is in a nice area. White meat chicken is not my favorite but their tenders are pretty good. My wife especially likes the chicken here. In fact, it’s her favorite chicken place. I would recommend giving them a try, especially if you like chicken. They only serve chicken tenders though, including a chicken tender sandwich.
