I have visited this location several times and, unfortunately, have had a consistent experience each time. The fried chicken has been noticeably soggy and overly saturated with oil, which suggests it may not be fried at the proper temperature. I hope the management will review their preparation process, as proper frying technique would greatly improve both the texture and overall quality.
