The counter attendant had real good customer service while multitasking and staying calm. Seems as though they ran out of pizza boxes and had to cut the pizza in half and put them in multiple boxes. How does that happen ? Poor management. It was overcooked and not sliced properly. The only bright side was they gave me 2 deep dish pizzas but I only ordered 1.

Slow! Faster to drive to the L street location. It has almost always operated this way, got better when Tanner was here and on shift. Back to the same. I’ve been here nearly an hour waiting for 3 single topping pizzas.

I’d say overall really good my experience was not bad ask them what they had ready they let me know hey we only got this ready but if you wait a couple more minutes we’ll have more pizza ready so I give them thumbs up and got hot and ready pizza that was fresh out of the oven can’t get better than that press the price wasn’t really that bad

Very slow waiting on the orders. I am a Doordash driver and there is always a wait here. The worker behind the counter was slow moving. There were several customers waiting up front. One worker from the back brought up 2 pizzas and put them in the warmer and went back- didn’t even ask if they were anyone’s pizzas. Bad service. I try to avoid this place. Also the A/C doesn’t work in the summertime and it is hot!! It’s much cooler to stand outside. Just an fyi.

The service like five years ago use to be really bad. But I feel it’s gotten a lot better. Whoever the girl working with dark hair and long eyelashes is give that woman a raise. Everytime I’m there she’s extremely nice and is apologetic if I have to wait for a pizza (which isn’t a big deal) but today she didn’t like the way one pizza looked and took it back and gave me a fresher one. Which she didn’t have to do but you can tell she cares about her job and her customers. She deserves a raise.

Quick to get my food. Hot & well cooked. Friendly staff. They forgot my garlic butter, which I payed for at the window, but when asked about it, quickly got it for me. The down side; they do not even carry parmesan packets or any kind of it (not even for purchase) any more. … A pizza place w/out parm?!?! Why?! Other wise good.

Customer service thats the worst service I have ever had in my life. My pizza was ready at noon I ordered it online. I went in to get it and stood there 10 minutes waiting to be helped. Then when I get to the counter and ask for my pizza the guy said hang on I’m going to take care of this guy first that had just walked in the door. Then I waited another 30 mins before a woman came up and helped me. I will never return here again

We place an order and when I got there to pick it up they said they didn’t have that order wouldn’t even compensate. The lady and the one kid up front doesn’t know customer service what so ever. I even asked for ranch and I knew the guy heard me and he just walked away we won’t be goin back to this location anymore our service will be else where with a more friendly atmosphere. I will say the food was good but everything else was ridiculous. No stars here.
