Ally charged our card twice.
We ordered 4 extra sauces and paid.
We didn’t get but one sauces in one box.
Mind you we ordered to box combos. They put one sauce in one of the boxes.
Ally the women who took our order outside she clearly doesn’t like her job. She was rude and kept asking for our name when we were trying to add to our order.

(Update) its been 2 months since our last visit b/c this location is ripping people off. We went back today 11/26 and they are still ripping people off. Inflating their prices while reducing the size of their food.

Extremely kind and hardworking staff catering to every customer’s needs and with such a warm and inviting attitude. And the area is extremely clean and well taken care of. One of the best locations I’ve been to, would come back if I visit the area again!

Decent food, but they either need to put more canes sauce on the horribly dry and tasteless sandwich or make sure they put my canes sauce that I pay for in my bag. Seems like they get in a rush and forget things in the drive thru.

Since the minute we walked in Corey greeted us with a smile and positive energy. Excellent customer service from him. The atmosphere, and vibe in the restaurant was great. Will definitely be coming back here.

I finally gave Canes a shot and I thought it could have been better. We order in the drive thru so I don’t know if it would have been better dining in or not. While I will say that the chicken fingers were tender and juicy, I was disappointed in the crispiness and temperature of the chicken. I was also disappointed by the promise of crispy, dip-able fries but that wasn’t the case in our order. Fries had good flavor but were small making them difficult to dip and not crispy. Also got the lemonade and it was a bit weak on the leman flavor. I understand that there are off days so we might they again before we totally write them off. I will give kudos to the staff. Very friendly and quick service .

Every time I come here, the employees are always in an unpleasant mood. So much so that my husband asks some of them in the drive up one day how was he doing and the employee said it was so bad he was thinking about quitting. No I will not share the name of this overworked employee because he does not deserve to be reprimanded for expressing his feelings on the poor management!! I waited about ten minutes for my curbside order and when I called in just to check in, and no I was not rude at all, the woman who answered sounded annoyed that I called in. I had a screaming baby in the backseat, which is why I didn’t just go in and get it myself. Whoever your management is doing, it’s not working. ALSO! I got skimped out on the amount of fries. With the price I paid, there should have been more fries. They also got soggy really fast and they used to be SUPER crispy. You guys have been really skimping on the food in the last few years, yet also increased the prices. I treat myself to Canes about once or twice a month, but with the poor service, high prices, and low food quantity, I’m starting to think it’s not even worth coming back anymore. I’m tired of giving my money to a company where the employees are always miserable. Whatever it is management doing, you better start changing things up because going to Cane’s is evidently is miserable experience.
