Ordered a To-go order for my daughter / wife after an event. Nothing crazy, 2 orders of wings and 2 appetizers. I put the order in at 5:00 and They said it would be ready at 5:30. It’s currently 6:20 and I’m still standing here, with my daughter in the car. The servers were nice and I felt like they empathized, but it was still over an hour (and counting) after the website said it would be ready. The reasoning was they are short staffed, but I’ve been here 4 times and it’s always like that…. I always almost talk myself out of going for that reason, but convince myself to give them another shot because my wife loves bww. It’s officially my last time even attempting to get food from this place. Whatever is going on, is systemic and I have 0 faith it’ll ever get better. Fair warning, if you order food from there to-go, make sure you add an hour and a half buffer.

Price alone is to high but I looked past that becuase i do enjoy they’re wings but I should not have to wait over an hour for a takeout order. I orders a 15 peice of boneless wings and was told to expect a 20 min wait. They were busy so I understand but I waited over an hour. That’s insane. I know it doesnt an hour to get one order of 15 wings out. Worst experience ive ever had.

Mozzarella sticks came out cold and not cooked all the way through. Wings came out barely sauced and cold and we’re very small. I asked for more sauce because my wings didnt have any and got charged for both flavors. Drinks took forever to get refilled. Waiter disappeared and wife had to ask take out lady where our waiter was for a check. Will definitely be going to a different location from now on.

I got the Honey BBQ Chicken Salad and it was honestly really really good. I try salads from just about everywhere I go to eat and this one is definitely up there. Great ratio of toppings to greens with all of that Chicken, along with more then enough ranch for the whole salad which normally is a gripe I have with restaurants not giving enough ranch for the whole salad. Service was great and the place was super clean only complaint is the price as it was a $14 salad. Highly recommend.

I have been to many different BWW and this is our hometown location and compared to other places they give you 1/3 amount of food. Other locations will load you up. I have 3 hungry boys and they never get full here. The sauce for the wings is always barely any on them. The fries are hard. The service is slow. It’s just frustrating. This is EVERY TIME we come in. It’s not just here and there, the whole experience is awful. Which sucks because our kids love it but it is not worth the money!

We went on a Sunday morning around noon, and we were seated immediately. Once seated, we waited for 48 minutes for our food to come out. The reason my review is still 5 stars is because our server continually checked on us and apologized several times for the wait time on the food. The food was great when it came out, a little disappointed the fries weren’t hot, but the rest was great.

I tried to place an order online & kept getting errors, so I downloaded the app & STILL was unable to place an order for pickup.. through my frustration & hunger I decided to spend a little more & order through DoorDash. I’ve ate here before with no issues but today felt like such a setback! When my driver arrived at this location the food wasn’t ready & he ended up having to wait about 30min before he finally was able to receive my food to deliver to me… from the moment I first tried to order to the time I actually got my food was almost 2hrs… I understand technical issues & could of been more understanding of their difficulties during a rush, but it’s Monday & I don’t see that being such a busy day imo…. When I received my food I was still prepared to give 5 stars to BWW because I always enjoy their food, but my wings were dry!, I had 1 wing out of 10 that actually tasted fresh, my fries were half heavily seasoned & half no season, & my wings also weren’t fully sauced (lots of bald spots without sauce)… I know not everyone enjoys dropping in sauce wings; but is it too much to have wings fully sauced & seasoned fries to be covered accurately & constantly?… I would give 3 stars but the food still tasted great, I just wish they had people who know how to season fires & sauce wings with accuracy!

A couple of months ago I dined in and had a 55 minute wait on food out of the kitchen. Yesterday, mid-day Saturday, I tried again. The waitress was kind enough to inform us as we sat down that food wait time was 45 minutes even though there were only 2 other tables occupied in the whole restaurant. She said that takeout took priority and they were short staffed. They are making it hard to want to return.

If you place an online order, expect to get it the next day. The server kept telling me just a few more minutes just a few more minutes and it took forever to get my order. Won’t be coming back to this place. Whoever is running the kitchen needs to be fired. A joke to take out orders.
