This was my first experience with Canes. Although there aren’t a lot of options the food was great, the restaurant was clean, the atmosphere nice. I got the 4 piece meal, my friend got the 6 piece meal. We got our food promptly and it was fresh and hot. I’ve never tried Cane’s sauce before and it was alright. I like a variety of flavors. But I soon discovered that 1 little cup of sauce for me is perfect for 3 strips. My buddy got 6 strips so they gave him 2 of the little souffle cups and that was sufficient for him also. But 1 cup isn’t enough for 4 strips, in my opinion. I went back for another and although we spent over $30 for 2 people they charged just under another buck for enough sauce for the 4th strip which I think is petty. The sauce isn’t THAT good. Chic fil a has a variety of flavors and they are not as chinchy. At Cane’s, you don’t get it YOUR way. You get it THEIR way. If you don’t spend enough money, you don’t get enough sauce. Like it or lump it. I will just stick with Chic fil a myself.

Wonderful people and amazing fast service! The food is incredible!;10/10 recommend when in Tyler! Took Mama to the doctor and had to stop before the second doctor. It was insanely busy and I was worried we wouldn’t have time to stop long. They had our orders out in under 5 minutes! It was perfectly made hot and fresh. Don’t let the line discourage you from stopping. The fastest lunch in tyler!

Bought the Caniac combo as usual with a lemonade. Of course they have delicious and fresh chicken strips as usual! The toast is always perfect but the fries could be a little fresher and I wouldn’t mind waiting. The sauce is great as well and I always get a few napkins too. The young woman at the drive thru was very friendly and professional.

I love Raising Cane’s! When I first went to Raising Cane’s I didn’t understand what all the hype was about because the chicken was kinda dry and I didn’t like the flavor, needless to say I ended up going back and haven’t stopped since. I completely understand now why everyone comes here! ❤️

My first time eating here. I was afraid it would be plain bland chicken. It DEFINITELY IS NOT! Large ,tender, flavorful chicken tenders. Fresh and hot. I went thru drive thru it was quick and they were very nice. They’re a little bit more expensive than I expected but the food was good.

This canes used to be so good. For a place that has such a limited menu they can’t seem to nail it. I will order and wait longer for butter on both sides toast, then get it wrong. I will ask for my sauce to be subbed and it will be wrong. This time I got cold fries, no butter on both sides and the smallest chicken fingers I’ve ever paid so much for. Clearly the standard kept at the other tyler location isn’t kept here. Sad to see it go down hill so quick over the years. Over priced, bad customer service, and consistently inaccurate orders. Terrible.

This was my first visit, although I’ve heard about this restaurant for years. The sauce is amazing, as well as the toast. The fries and slaw were good. The chicken was your average chicken strips, nothing stood out there.
The restaurant was clean and employees very friendly and helpful for a newbie.

Ordered from this location at about 9 PM drove all the way from White House, which is about 20 minutes away got home, proceeded to eat the food and realized that I could smell and taste. Old cooking oil called the store to speak with the Manager to address the situation she responded by saying, I apologize and I will go check the oil and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I Paid for a meal that I didn’t even get to enjoy very disappointed. Been eating here for two years and never had this experience. Hopefully they’ll do better with checking And filtering their cooking oil

We were picking up relatives from a 10:30 pm arrival at the airport. They were hungry. We were extremely happy to learn that Raising Cane’s was open until 3 AM. It was good. There was quite a few people there when we arrived at 11:15 pm. Service was fast and efficient. Visitors were happy. They had never eaten at Raising Cane’s before and they were very pleased with the food.
