Went in this afternoon for lunch. Was extremely busy in there. Ordered a super beef with extra horseradish sauce, onion, Swiss cheese and was fantastic. For being so busy, the food came out very quickly. Would definitely go back!

Never had a bad experience until this last Wednesday. Super Beef was soggy and drenched in barbecue sauce. Did ask for extra but not to this point and smaller than usual. Also got a Haddock sandwich , big mistake. The littlest fish sandwich I every saw for the price, and was cold with a roll that was toasted and hard. Never had one from here before. Big mistake.

I’ve ordered from here numerous times. The food is always good for the most part. One time the chicken was overcooked. The price is a little up there but I guess it is worth it. Some of the employees greet you and some don’t. I’ve only gone inside for pickup. I would always recommend ordering ahead.

I ordered a steak salad that was $21.95 and asked for extra steak. I was charged an additional $16 just for the extra meat. I called to confirm thinking it might’ve been a mistake, but they said that’s their policy. I don’t mind paying more for extra protein, but $16 on top of a $22 salad is unreasonable for a takeout spot. The steak itself was tough, and because of the pricing and lack of transparency, I won’t be returning.

I went in to grab dinner tonight. The cashier was so amazing sweet. I can’t drink cold drinks due to my health issues in the winter. I asked for one not refrigerated and they got one for me with no judgements and normally I get straight looks for this request and I can’t go too many places to eat. Thank you so much ♥️

Well to start with their roast beef is just so so very good and they make the BEST roast beef sandwich to make your mouth drool. Then there is the calozones that are the best, I just love the steak and cheese or the buffalo chicken with blue cheese. Three days ago, I placed a delivery order for 3 steak tip dinners. I tried to pay with my card, but they said the ZIP code was incorrect. They tried four times, and it didn’t go through, so I used a different card instead.
Later, when I checked my first card, I saw that it had been charged four times — three of them were refunded, but one charge still hasn’t been returned. Both my first and second cards were charged.
It’s not a huge issue, but I’ve been calling for three days, and every time they tell me, “The owner isn’t here, we left a note, they’ll call you after 4 PM,” yet no one ever calls me back.
The food was very delicious, but their attitude and the way they handle this situation are very disappointing. I’ll call my bank to dispute the charge. If you pay by credit card, be very careful!

Oh Em Gee we got to experience this place today and I’m still in awe over the roast beef sandwiches we got. They were packed with roast beef. It was cooked perfectly. The staff was nice and friendly and you didn’t hear the yelling across the back area you do in some open kitchens so it was refreshing as well. They got Huz sandwich wrong with the condiments but honestly he loved it anyway. Def a place we will go to again when in the area.

I arrived there and the service seemed pretty good! I placed my ordered (lasagnas) but asked the cashier if the lasagnas were baked/gratined. She told me yes so I bought the lasagnas at this condition. Well, I checked my order before leaving and the lasagnas were not gratined at all with no cheese on top whatsoever. I then proceeded to ask to get some cheese on top and have the lasagnas gratined as the cashier said it was. The lead cook (maybe the owner) came and told me that it would be considered as an extra and I therefore had to pay for that… Well, the cashier didn’t tell me that at first but all right, I paid.
I finally got my lasagnas, I trusted them so I didn’t even check and just left. When I opened the box, it sounded like a big joke. Not only the lasagnas were unpleasant for the sight but they were completely disgusting (no offense). It wasn’t meat in it, I don’t know what it was and the lasagnas were frozen lasagnas quickly warmed by the restaurant so I had a bunch of water in my plate. The gratin? Didn’t see it, it was just two sandwich cheese slices that they put on for 1 or 2 minutes… make a gratin is one of the basic in gastronomy! Again, no offense, but it was sincerely the most awful lasagnas I ever tasted, I didn’t finish the plate. And the garlic bread was a regular and hard bread with butter and garlic spread inside…not tasty at all.
I wouldn’t have put 0 stars if it was possible because I didn’t taste their pizzas or other products of this restaurant, I don’t know if I ever will but I let them the benefit of the doubt, they might have some other good products. But as for the lasagnas, please stop selling them, that’s not acceptable.
