Be aware that if you order online for curbside pickup, your food might be sitting inside on a shelf while you’re waiting on the parking lot. I sat in the parking lot patiently waiting for my food to be brought out for at least 10 minutes past when I was told it would be ready, just figured they were busy. Finally decided to go in and check on it and everything I ordered it is sitting on a shelf, evidently waiting for me to come get it. I’m sure my food is cold seeing as how the ice is melted and all the drinks… Lesson learned.

This place is officially banned for me. That rude white middle-aged lady taking orders clearly hates her job — and it shows. This is my SECOND time dealing with her nasty attitude. What happened to the service this place used to have? It went from one of the best to straight-up unpleasant. If you can’t be decent to customers, maybe don’t work the front. Will not return ever!

Nathan knows how to serve! Handled problems another customer had with outstanding professionalism and well placed confidence. I think he belongs at a high end restaurant but he said he chose to work here despite having experience. The man deserves a promotion! Can’t brag on him enough.

We had lunch at RC’s a couple of hours ago. The place was packed with a volleyball team, possibly a bachelorette party, and another group of college kids. We were greeted and served promptly. The food was fresh and delicious. It’s been quite a few years since we have eaten there, but it was wonderful!

First time going to Raising Cane’s. I was not sure what to expect. I knew it was famous for itz Cane’s Sauce. But I was pleasantly surprised by the great taste of the chicken strips. They were warm and crispy and fairly seasoned. Could have used maybe a little more.aeasoning but they still tasted great. The sauce was great as well. Nothing crazy good but a good taste without being tok sweet. The iced tea is good here as well. Some places have horrible tea but not here. The wife loves the coleslaw so.ill have to take her word on it. Great customer service. We were always checked on. The restaurant was also.very clean and we’ll maintained. Overall a great experience and I’ll be sure to.come back.

The staff were not able to give our group any sodas with carbonation because no one at the store knew how to change out the CO2. So all sodas were flat. But the chicken was hot, fresh, and delicious!

Very busy place at all times, but they handle things great. Fresh hot chicken fingers everytime. Drive-thru works very efficiently. I do hope it was a bit cheaper, though. Overall, one of my regular places to go.

Meets all of the criteria a restaurant has. Good food (the toast and sauce in particular) competative pricing, clean, and excellent service. Received our food probably within 4 minutes which was very nice. Definitely will be visiting again.
