Always great chicken. We were using some free kids’ meal vouchers from October, and everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly, and our food came out quickly after ordering. A couple of tables were dirty, but it looked like customers had just left, so it wasn’t a big deal. My son loves their sauce, and they were happy to give him an extra one—nice to see, especially since some places charge for that. Overall, another solid visit.

Ordering mistakes happen, but you can tell they know how to treat customers. They didnt just fix the mistake, they made it right. As well as doing it on the spot without making me feel like it was my fault.

Ordered a box combo. Replaced the slaw for fries. 3 extra sauce and 2 extra chicken fingers since it’s a dollar cheaper than a Caniac. They left out my 2 fingers which were $4 and my toast. I love too far to go back for it to be worth the gas so I’ll be eating miserly tonight. It’s too expensive to risk this again.

Did not get my toast or my extra sauce plus it was cold. I have only ate at a few different canes and I’m glad it have because if this would have been my 1st I would never have went back

The food taste good but every time I ask for an extra Kane’s sauce and pay for it they never put it in my order. This has happened on almost every visit. But the staff is very friendly and kind. I just don’t have time to check the box every time till I get back home or to where ever I’m going and it’s frustrating when I don’t get the extra sauce I payed for.

Duuuuuddddeeee!! Check the orders before yall leave cuz they never get it right!! The worst is when you pay for something and get home and it’s not in the bag!!! Especially when it’s repeated to you three times by staff before you get your food yes that’s what I ordered but you didn’t put everything in the bag like seriously it’s your job to double check orders!! I live 25 mins from this location who wants to drive all the way back!! If this was the first time I wouldn’t be upset, but it’s not!!! Didn’t have time to check my bags today before I left because it was crazy everywhere And the line behind me was long so I didn’t want other people to have to wait longer while I checked. but trust from now on I will always be checking that is if I decide to go back might be done with canes it’s already expensive enough and then you forget stuff that I paid for makes it even worse!!

Canes always has good food that isn’t the issue here, i’ve been in the food industry for many years and i understand it sucks but whoever is on the headset taking orders in the drive thru on thursday around 5pm has an extremely rude tone, yall should have someone else taking orders that’s a little nicer. never been in a canes drive thru and been talked to like that
