I don’t understand as to why your order taker name Mia was talking over me not allowing me to finish my order. It was a box combo with a extra sauce and extra finger. With sweet tea. Yet she is going on about you want to substitute that sauce for the coleslaw no I don’t then goes about fries? I said listen I didn’t ask for that let’s start over. I want a combo with a extra sauce and finger with sweet. She just we will have your total at the window. Not sure if Mia has a disability to listen to customers or English is not her first language. But clearly this is not her best position to be in. I suggested you have a manager on wearing a head set so they can listen in. Shouldn’t be this hard. So that’s not the worst part I get home I only got one sauce. So they don’t listen yet still got my order wrong and I got ripped off with extra sauce that was charged. Yeah great service.

Canes, are you for real rn? This Canes is normally decent, but today’s experience was terrible. First, when I pay $2 for an extra finger, I expect a decent sized finger. Not this dry, tiny, BROKEN IN HALF piece.

Second thing and the best thing I can say about this location is the employees, but today, it just seemed like a lot of goofing around. No greeting, just right into what I had ordered and taking payment. There was no one ahead of me and only one car behind me so they weren’t busy. The boxes weren’t even in the bag correctly. They were placed in there almost diagonally.
Choosing to go out and have the experience, service, and quality we received was a huge let down and a waste of 30 bucks.

I’ve only ever gotten drive thru or take out from this Raising Canes and have never had any issues with the customer service. Everyone has always been polite and the drive thru is pretty quick. The chicken is always hot and fries are cooked perfectly. I would recommend the large portions for a family of five. We had so many left overs! Yes, it’s a little pricey, but I feel like it’s quality!

I went through the drive thru and they handed me my food. When I got home I realized that they did not give me my toast or fries, they just gave me a box with chicken. I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. If they were not ready I would not have minded waiting.

I usually don’t write reviews and I’m not an easily impressed person. TONY WAS AWESOME!!!! Not just with how he handled my order (as I am particular on certain things like all my sauces being in a completely separate container, amongst other order substitutions), but as I was waiting for my order I saw him helping out and paying attention to not only his coworkers but also many clients, as it was pretty busy. His attention to detail was impressive and he was very professional and fast. In the time I was there I saw him politely correct his coworker when I say the coworker going to put sweet tea in my cup when I had requested unsweet, he didn’t scoff or down his coworker, he just got it done! He had a very poised and hard working demeanor. TONY I want to give you your flowers man, I have been going to Canes since I was in high school roughly 15 years ago, so have been to A LOT of different Canes locations and have encountered lots of Canes employees. You are by far the most memorable and most impressive Canes employees I have ever seen. TONY KEEP BEING THE PERSON YOU WERE FOR ME AND I PROMISE WHEN YOU LOOK BACK YOU’LL HAVE NO REGRETS ABOUT ANYTHING! KEEP WORKING HARD! Manager also agreed with me as I made a comment about how he was doing his thing, and he nodded his head and said “yes, he always does.”

Normally never have issues here, food taste great. Went through the drive through this time and had my order repeated back to me 3 times (at the box, pay window, pick up window). Still got it wrong! Got all the way home before I realized.

Loved it!! Raising Cane’s is amazing. Their sauce is the best and their sweet tea is really good. Good service and cleanliness. Although their tables aren’t all the same height so putting them together doesn’t work super well.
