The girl who took our order and said “chicken chicken chicken” had such a fun, friendly vibe! And then Zyon at the window was so so sweet and definitely brightens up the place even at 10:30pm Thanks for being so nice and friendly! Great choice in staff ♡

So glad to have one close by so the fries aren’t soggy by the time I get the food home. Everyone in my family loves the chicken tenders and the crinkle fries, and especially the sauce. The building is new and I’ve been there a handful of times when they had issues, but the crew still carried on and kept the drive through running well despite the issues, great job.

I got here around 3 pm august 14 ,2023, the cashier guy (btw he was tall and had a beanie with long hair) was great, this is the best customer service you can recieve , it is rare to find. The food was great, the place was clean, and overall i have no complaints. Hope they give this guy a raise he is definitely going places, i can always appreciate the effort on giving such a great customer service, it definitely makes the entire experience of a place so much better.

I rarely write reviews, but I’m highly dissatisfied with my visit on 5/18/23.

FRESH!!! HOT!!!! My order was perfect. When I tell you the whole car couldn’t stop talking about how good hot a fresh the food was. I am a big Arnold Palmer fan. This was the best hands down. I really can’t express how much I enjoyed the food.

The food was hot fresh and delicious as always but the drive thru line was unorganized and a complete mess. I got the wrong food and drink and had to go in and wait in line again. The staff at the window were in an altercation and it was pretty unprofessional. With that said I’d still go back anyday cause the food is delicious!

I have been here a few times since they opened in November of 2022. The service is good but on occasion they can be a bit slower than I have come to expect from other Canes locations. However, the quality and quantity is comparable and is just as tasty as other places. Recommended!

Chicken was good just wished they had more sides … I asked what are the sides and she said fries and toast , I was waiting on her to say more sides lol . I really wanted to drive up and look at the menu but the girl was like well we only have chicken tenders and friends , it just depends on how many pieces of chicken tenders you want . I was like okay !

Lines aren’t long, they’re food is always great and I’ve never had a bad experience with canes at any locations I’ve visited in the DFW! 100% recommended!

High quality very focused product. They don’t have a wide menu but what they do is done well. Terrific chicken tenders. Tasty sauce. Fine crinkle cut fries. Quibbles: cole slaw is less appealing and not up to the quality of the tenders. Clam shell packaging is fair for preserving warmth but traps steam which kills the lovely crispy execution (and environmentally a poor choice.)
