Wings where dry as leather fries cold as ice and we didn’t even get the ranch we ordered and to the owner your generated responses are a slap in the face to customers nobody appreciates them and they just make you look worse than your food already does

Got takeout and the drive up service was very prompt and pleasant, but unfortunately the food was not up to par. Soda was flat, there were hardly any fries, the ranch was very thin/watery and the boneless wings were soggy.

Amazing wings! But you can never get through. Chili’s is always shutting them down and canceling orders. Such good food, but good luck ever getting it. 5 star food, 1 star service.

I came back to edit my review. We finally got a hold of someone at Chili’s and they said that a bunch of their cooks quit, and they were having to shut down just wings because they were having to retrain cooks. Our friends were able to get an order through finally, after almost 2 months of not being able to get it, maybe 3. Their wings are fabulous. I changed my review to three stars, still five star food, and one star service… But I changed the three since you can finally get the food now

Seriously I’m pissed. Ubereats driver named KAYLA screwed up and didn’t pick up the food I originally ordered for two hour. However, how It Just Wings screwed up is after I canceled the I cancel the first after it being TWO HOURS LATE. I ordered the same meal, but with a twist, I ordered two of the same sauces as in the first order and then one other one. The canceled food would’ve been considered a tax write off, instead, you decided to send me TWO-HOUR OLD FOOD AND UNREFRIDRATE SAUCE. Everything was cold/stale and how I knew it was the TWO-HOUR OLD FOOD, other then the sauces was the fries had moisture from the contents be hot at one point going into the box then becoming cold on the inside of the container with water droplets. That is a health food violation in the making. Thankfully I got a full refund from ubereats. However, don’t ever do that again. One meal shouldve been a tax write-off and the other should’ve been the one I paid for. Instead I didn’t pay for any meals I received, because of the failure to provide fresh hot food. The taste is fine, but the freshness today was terrible.
