Food is always good at Caine. I usually go to the one in broken arrow hill side dr never have any issues. Asked for extra Cain sauce and this location did not give me one even when I ordered an extra piece of chicken with my sandwich. Broken arrow location always gives me one no issues. I will not be visiting this location again

As far as chicken places go, this is probably jumped to my second favorite place! “Our Sauce is Boss” is shining on their digital menu board, and let me tell you….that is WELL deserved. The lady in the drive through absolutely killed it, fantastic greeting, great bubbly voice, good customer service. The food was out fast and I don’t feel like I was ripped off by the good size meal in front of me. I would probably go 4.5 stars if it was an option because the food was hot, but not quite super fresh like I have had in the past. But they deserve the high rating they have because the food is still great! Slaw is….less than pleasing, but I am not a slaw man so I will not fault them for that lol.

Do not buy gift cards from them. I bought three today for Christmas gifts and none of them worked. They said none of their gift cards work. I said then why are you still selling them? They cannot give a refund and they cannot give me new gift cards. They told me I would need to email corporate about this. I think it’s totally insane that they all agree that the gift cards are selling don’t work but they continue to sell them as gifts.

i hate to do this because i love cane’s more than anything, but today when i opened my box, there was a clump of hair just sat right on top of everything. my drink was barely filled up, there was almost two inches of free space left in my cup – my mom’s drink had the same problem. she also said her sweet tea tasted like soap. the whole point of her wanting to eat here was the tea and she couldn’t even drink it at risk of drinking soap residue. usually they do great but today i’m really grossed out.

Stopped here for lunch in Tulsa, it was very good. Raising Cane’s chicken is some of the best fast food chicken tenders I’ve had. The service was very slow, and there was only two cars in the drive-thru line. The chicken tenders and fries were hot and fresh! the coleslaw wasn’t cold and didn’t taste fresh at all, it was the only disappointing part about the meal.

What kind of restaurant puts key pads on the restrooms? No changing table in men’s room get with the times. Fries were soggy warm but soggy has heck. Chicken was hot but had very little breading on it. Won’t be back
