Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is a local franchise that serves the best chicken fingers we have ever had. The store on Perkins Road is well maintained and very clean. The atmosphere is always upbeat and we find eating here is fun. The service is good and the staff are friendly. We really like there always fresh chicken fingers.

Eh…it’s fastfood chicken. Nothing to write home about, filling, relatively reasonably priced. Quick. Usually scratches the itch for fried chicken when it arrises. They do have wonderful lemonade though.

Most inconsistent location. Ask if I want ketchup. Yes but never in my bag. 2 drinks? 1 straw. Box combo? I receive a 3 finger combo…..im fed up with this location.
Always hot and fresh food though. Parking is a bit tight. Pretty clean inside and my order for dine in is always good but the drive through always have issues with my order. Im not the type to check my order while sitting in drive through but its so annoying to get home or whenever we take the food to the park for the kids and even though they repeat my order at the window, what I received in the bag is a money grab. I always get a downgrade but pay for something more expensive.

No idea why its always this location, the other ones in the area has no issues like this location. Reading the other comments I guess im not the only one.

Grabbed a quick togo after Wendy’s staff told me they were closed. The whole town seemed on lockdown; police everywhere.

Canes is good. Definitely overpriced for the quality of chicken. I’d go for Huey Magoo’s if given the choice.

The first horrible experience I had with raising cane. I clearly thought they were better then this, but apparently not. We ordered the 50 pc with pan of fries. They forgot to include the sauces. The business group was all ready to eat and enjoy their food, but no cane sauce. I thought the workers suppose to check to make sure everything is in the bag, but clearly they didn’t. How are we suppose to eat chicken strips with no sauce. Now our guests has to wait until we send someone back over to the location to pick up the sauce, such a huge inconvenience at 5:30p traffic time. We wanted to bring all the food back but the manage said we couldn’t. Now the food is getting cold, waiting on the cane sauce that should have been included in our order. If they spend more time being professional instead of clowning around we probably would had our order correct. The manager Jacob didn’t care not one bit, no apology, and said he couldn’t do nothing to make this situation better other then give a few more sauces. Our food is cold now waiting on the sauces and this is best you can do for a $100.00 meal. Managers are suppose to resolve the situation, not make it worse. I was furious after talking with him. Most people apologize for their mistakes but not this location. I guess it was our fault we didn’t get the cane sauce and had to drive back to pick it up, and let the food get cold before we were able to eat it.. All these years, we have never had to check our order at different locations, but at Perkins Rd location, you better or you will have to return. Thanks for ruining our business meeting with special guests, we really appreciate it, Raising Canes on Perkins Rd. .

No accountability or apology. This location on Perkins Rd, is a huge disappointment.

The other day I go to Perkins Rd. Raising Cane, ordered a 3 piece. The Worst ever, Small pieces of chicken, mostly Batter that was fried too hard. I was very disappointed.

I have had several bad experiences here… last time, they forgot my extra cane sauce… which of course I paid extra for. They also didn’t get my order right. I’m not sure how you mess up an order when you only have 5 things on your menu. Then today I paid $10 for a 3 finger combo.. only to find out they gave me 3 small tenders and barely any fries..just take your money to Chick-fil-A. They have better prices and portions.

Big disappointment. Canes is taking the name “chicken fingers” to the extreme. They really are close to the size of a finger. The tenders are probably 3 times smaller than they used to be. I remember having canes and getting full eating half of a box combo, but now I have to nearly eat an entire Caniac to get full. It’s really ridiculous. If the sauce wasn’t so good, I’d probably never go back. 2 stars is only because the sauce is great.

Worst chicken I’ve ever had. Had to use multiple napkins to drain the grease from the chicken fingers. Even the container was full of oil. Don’t know if I’ll eat Cane’s again. I bought two orders and both were full of cooking oil and felt like wet chicken.
