The chicken was great, we ordered Horchata which was not good at all. They had this greasy texture and were grainy. Too bad we tried it until we left the place. The place is clean on the outside. Inside the kitchen was a little messy. The cashier was really nice and polite, compared to the people handling your food. They looked stressed out and not in a good mood. Overall it was okay.

Ok so I love the chicken here but the rice is dry and the beans have no flavor. The workers make you feel very uncomfortable by not having a good attitude but instead a negative one…. I don’t appreciate every time I come they are rude. They need to hire new workers.

Last minute when we had our big order canceled the morning of our memorial from El Pollo Loco. Bad customer service! So I ran to Juan Pollo and they took care of us 100%. Shredded chicken, beans & rice. Thank you ladies for helping us out! Would have given 5 stars but the shredded chicken can use some of the chicken juice, very dry. I don’t know what was wrong with your cashier.And your other worker, there were three of us that went in too order.We both got attitudes for no reason.Didn’t give me eye contact with your attitude.Just staring at the register as you rang up.My order. At first I thought I was overreacting, and then my other friend felt the same way you younger generation forget you’re at work customer service should come first. Attitude for no reason is weird.Maybe you should look for another job. Customer service is not for you.

Never had problems at any Juan Pollo location, nor the Ontario location…until today.
Went to get lunch and brought back to work. When I was about to enjoy the rice pudding I purchased, I noticed at least 4 spots of mold.
So disappointed! Now I am questioning the food I just ate… crossing my fingers I don’t get sick!

It’s been nearly 20 years since I used to frequent this Juan Pollo on a semi daily basis, what a pleasure it was to take a trip down memory lane and see that they are still as fantastic as I remember. Their delicious marinade, their great sides… Beats out every chicken place in my area, how much I wish there was one in the AV so I wouldn’t have to drive so far for their unique quality of chicken. Keep up the great work and thrive for another 20 years.
