I’ve been here twice, weeks apart and sadly i keep finding pet hair in my food plus my canes sauce had hair in it too. I use to think this was a good place to eat but apparently someone is covered in their pets fur and keep dropping it in the food here. If you work around food than you are required to follow certain guidelines to prevent this type of stuff and obviously it isn’t followed here. I won’t be going back to this location.
Edit: Now i went back 3 months later, because the owner requested it and what did i find again in my food……. pet hair. Check your food because you probably eating hair!!! i don’t have pets btw

well, the food was good. The service was good. Was told there was a military discount but when he rang it up 5%. 80 cents on a $16.59 order That is not really a military discount if it doesn’t even cover the sales tax and I suggest that you just don’t have a military discount anymore.

The parking lot pathing was confusing without any other cars lined up to follow. We entered right near the drive thru sign, but had to pass it and drive all the way around the lot and building first to order in the drive thru.
First time trying this location, I only eat cane’s once or twice a year and it’s been a while, so we decided to go inside to eat.
The chicken fingers were too wet, like where the breading had gotten goopy on one side and a lot of it had slid off the chicken or wasn’t crunchy.
The chicken itself was cooked properly and tasted fine, and their finger size appears to have improved (from the tiny smaller fingers they had served for a while), I just wish the fingers had been a bit more done and crispier, or just held together better.
Dr. Pepper was also a bit low on syrup but to give them credit we did come in to eat right before closing time about 20 minutes before the lobby shut down and food was still fast and staff very pleasant to deal with.

First time at this location and I will definitely eat here again next time I’m in the area. The food was hot and delicious, gentlemen at the drive through was funny and super friendly. With all the bad happening in the world, we need more places like this. I love this place and hope this location never changes! Keep doing what y’all are doing!

I was excited to get Canes today for a late lunch! I don’t have the opportunity to eat there often because I have to go out of the way to get there. But today! My husband was going right past there! I was so happy when he told me he was going to stop for me. That was until my food arrived. When I opened the box, I found the smallest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen! And the fries didn’t even fill the little compartment they were in. 1 meal with an extra drink cost just under $14! You would think you’d get more than 6 bites of chicken! One of the pieces wasn’t much bigger than a McNugget! To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. It’ll be a long time before I go back. If I go back…

the service is always good and i admire canes as a company for how well the retain and treat their underaged employees. the chicken is just bad, though. it seems like they’ve decreased the quality and upped the price. $20 for a box combo and a kids combo and we didn’t eat the chicken because it was so slimy and tendon-y.
