Raisin’ Cane’s is ALWAYS one of my fave fast food restaurants and I’m always excited to find a location near me, and this one does not disappoint!! Very VERY rarely do I ever have ANY issues with an order, and if I do the wonderful staff there has always taken care of me and helped resolve any issues as they come up. The lobby is always kept very clean and is still a welcoming place to eat in if needed, although I typically order online and bring home, which is also a quick and painless process.
Also, big shoutouts to Killian!! Hopefully I spelled his name right He always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and gives me some of the best customer service I’ve ever recieved!
If you like great, fresh and hot chicken, this Cane’s is a great place to stop at!

I am so tired of not getting my order correct. Especially when they charge so much for the extras. I never get all of my extra sauces, they don’t get it right when I sub things out like no slaw, extra toast. One time, I ordered 5 combos and they just straight up didn’t even get 2 of them! Completely missed them. There is very clearly no accuracy checks and people too busy being on their phones to make sure they’re actually doing their jobs. For context, it’s the closest one to where I live and I’ve gotten my order wrong the last 5 times in a row that I’ve gone. It’s even worse when you order through DoorDash!

I ordered curbside but waited outside the car the guy bringing it out looked a the make of the car made eye contact with me an took the food back inside plus the chicken tenders for both meals were about half of the tenders they would give i will have a picture of one from the meal
Not only that people will park in the curbside only parking spots when they are dining in

Asked for light ice. My receipt was noted “easy ice,” which apparently means a cup more than half full of ice. I guess next time I need to say NO ice or just go somewhere else.

We’ve ordered from this location for about a year and a half and every single time, they have gotten our order wrong. With DoorDash, the drive-thru, and even the few times that we’ve gone to sit in the stuffy restaurant, it happens without fail. It’s so unfortunate because we’ve never had any issues with any location in Lincoln and this location is the closest to our area. As a former food service employee, if you know that you’re busy and you’ve gotten orders consistently wrong, then DOUBLE. CHECK. EACH. ORDER. It is genuinely not that difficult. We’ve gotten our money back each occasion, and I imagine I’m not the only one alone in this situation as a whole, but please do your customers a favor and do better. Take those steps of doing your job correctly the first time to save yourselves from the copious complaints I’m sure your location gets.

Every time I place a DoorDash order from Raising Cane’s, I always make sure to request that they double-check the sizes of the chicken fingers. I’m not sure if they’re ignoring my request or just not bothering, but it’s starting to really frustrate me. I didn’t spend $23 just to receive chicken fingers the size of a toe! This is seriously disappointing.

The chicken finger is good to try. They are hot, tender & delicious. In the front is clean, but the bathroom needs to clean the bowl and should remove the bad smell. The staff are friendly & polite.

I waited over 10 minutes for two meals. The chicken was soggy, and the breading had fallen off almost all of the pieces. The fries clearly been sitting in the box for a while they were not very warm, and they were beyond soggy 26 for this is not a great deal.

Don’t recommend. Been here a few times. Ordered a 3 piece.it home only to realize they only gave me two. I don’t typically complain but this is just negligence. It’s literally the bare minimum to give someone what they order. I understand forgetting or missing a sauce or coleslaw that ain’t apart of a typical meal. Seriously missing the minimum requirement for what I order is awful. Probably going to be the last time I go to canes. Seems to be common practice for this to happen. It’s happened here twice and once at another location.
