My family, a diverse crew ranging from 13 to 29 (and then there’s me, at a dignified 51), absolutely adores Raising Cane’s. It’s got that lively, bold atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re at a party where everyone’s just really excited about chicken. And honestly, they’ve almost perfected the art of the drive-thru line – even when it snakes around the building, they’re like a well-oiled chicken-slinging machine.
Now, the food? Fantastic. That Cane’s sauce is so good I’d probably put it on my morning toast if I thought my wife wouldn’t judge me. And of course, the obligatory bread substitution for the coleslaw is a family tradition – I mean, I appreciate a good slaw, but the rest of my clan looks at it like it’s a vegetable (the horror!). This particular location was no exception; we grabbed our order to go, and it was delicious. Even when a DoorDash mix-up briefly threatened our chicken peace, the staff handled it with apologetic grace and efficiency. Top-notch customer service, truly.
So, why not a perfect 5 stars, you ask? Ah, the age-old dilemma of a seasoned (read: old and cheap) consumer. Look, I’m 51, I weigh myself every Monday, and if I’m a pound over, I’m on a diet for a week. My wallet operates on a similar principle. I just can’t bring myself to give those extra stars when my inner accountant starts screaming about the price per chicken finger. Is it delicious? Absolutely. Will I be back this summer, probably dragging the whole crew with me? You bet your sweet tea I will. Do I recommend it? Highly, especially if your definition of “too expensive” isn’t tied to the fiscal habits of a man who remembers when ten gallons of gas cost less than a single Cane’s combo.

I was hungry after being snowed in after winter ice storm 1/05/2025. One of the few restaurants open on 1/06/2025. Ordered the 6 pieces combo. Ate the chicken. It was good, not great. I ordered it with the unsweetened tea. They decided to give me sweet tea instead. I could not drink the tea and anything else from the picture. The fries were soft instead of crispy. It’s my first time ever to Cane’s. This will be my last time too. I tried Cane ‘s based on ratings, I’m disappointed. There are plenty of other restaurant options close by.

Last Wednesday night, we were so busy, we decided to pick up meals through the drive thru. The line was so long at 8:15, we had to wait an extremely long time to get our food. When we finally got it, we immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant smell was coming out of the bag. It smelled like burned oil. We were hoping the smell did not indicate that the food was prepared improperly. Unfortunately, as soon as we opened up our 3 meals, we noticed the chicken was wet, the French fries were wet and cold, but the coleslaw was warm. We tried the chicken, and it was chewy and tasted like burned oil. I threw away half of my meal, and my son threw out half of his. Well, not only did we waste our time and money going to Raising Cane’s, but the next morning, my son threw up at work and had to take a sick day. We will NEVER eat this restaurant’s food again!

There was 11 workers in there and one adult among them. All the tables were filthy and the employees we loud and cussing in the back. The food cost over $32 and we had 2 caniac combos. There wasn’t an order of fries between both orders. We asked for extra crispy chicken a d got oil soaked chicken it made my stomach hurt. There was also no soap in the womens bathroom, if they s the case how are the female employees wash their hands before touching the food. Its been empty the last 3 times we’ve been here. This is this last time I eat here. They have sauce sitting out which should be refrigerated. Horrible service

Their slogan is “one love” because they’re good at one thing: chicken fingers. They pretty much nailed it. That is some juicy, perfectly cooked chicken. Just to emphasize this love for the chicken, they have almost nothing else on the menu – besides that, they’ve just got fries, slaw, bread, and maybe one other thing. I thought everything could’ve stood to be a little crispier, and honestly there isn’t anything special here. Even the chicken isn’t life changing or very flavorful, I think the fact it’s juicy and bland is maybe why everyone likes it so much. At the end of the day, I have no complaints.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I placed an app order for curbside, got there at the specified time, wait 10 minutes, still no order. So I call them and they answer in a rude way and I ask about my order and then the line goes silent, nothing. Then I go in and my order is sitting on the shelf. Somebody arrives after me and their food gets there before mine. If you can’t do curbside then why do you offer it? Then they didnt even apologize for my waiting. Absolutely ridiculous.. and they were just standing around talking while I’m sitting in a curbside spot for 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be done. Never will return. Zaxby’s is better. Way better and the staff there is actually nice to their customers. Also the fries weren’t cooked all the way, mushy, and disgusting. Waste of $25..

We are from Canada, but have to stop at Raising Cane’s every time we are in the USA. This location was great! Angelica, at the front was so friendly and welcoming, excellent customer service and great food. Gotta love Cane’s sauce and that Texas toast! Plus the chicken is always tender and perfectly cooked. We bought a Caniac with extra toast on 11/23/25 around 6pm through drive-thru and something was majorly wrong with the order. It smelled and tasted rancid, we had already driven off and were in a hurry or we would have gone back. I would normally give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it’s just the chicken went cold or something but the toast was also smelling awful and had a sour flavor. I’m not sure what’s up with it but it’s essentially inedible and I’d warn the restaurant to quality check everything.
