If I can rate it a 0 I would they gave me undone chicken tenders they was gooey in the middle and I said fried hard in the request. I called the restaurant they put manager on the phone asked for a replacement why would I want a replacement for some tenders that’s a safety concern already? The manager said the restaurant doesn’t like to issue out refunds and did provide me with a number to contact. However I feel like it’s the restaurant problem to address the customer issue rather it is compensation or a replacement. It was their job to make sure notes and instructions were followed it should be their job to provide customers with issues with their service. ALL TRASH!!! I want a refund .

We went through the drive thru and the service was efficient and thorough. We received tlour order which was repeated to us at the window and the order was correct. This was my first time having Raising Cane’s and I do have to say that everything was amazing! Wit 4 of us in the care we got a mixture of the strip meals and the sandwich meal. One of the chicken strip meals came with coleslaw which was great and had great flavor. The chicken is amazing with the cane sauce and the texas toast was perfect. I will for sure go back.

I went into Raising Cane’s thinking the sauce was going to taste similar to Mac sauce but boy was I wrong. I would say it has a slight lemony/sweet and sour taste. Either way the sauce was the boss!

Raisin cane chicken is pretty good. It’s my second time trying it. I would go back a third time. I WILL not compare their Chicken to other chicken places They have their own flavor just like everybody else, has their own flavor for their chicken, either like it or you don’t.

I love Canes but this location needs serious help. It is teenage ran and I feel as though they don’t pay attention. I can’t even begin to tell you the amount of times I’ve ordered from here and my order gets messed up. Sometimes they have good days, sometimes they have bad days. Today I ordered a 3 piece combo with extra fries instead of the toast. That’s not what I received. I received 2 pieces of toast and fries and was charged for it. That’s not what I asked for.

Today I was at the drive thru I seen the customer in front of me pay with the phone so the lady took out the card reader so she can tap it with her phone. I asked if I can tap that card reader with my card so they won’t grab my debit card and she said no lol. I don’t like handing my debit card since people take pics of card and buy things with it. That’s my fear bit happened to me before in a McDonalds

I thought about it … and I just had to do a review on my costumer door dash experience with raising canes. I had to order my meal 3 times. I order the combo meals. First DoorDash arrived only with 2 drinks. So I reordered I called the raising canes to let them no about the situation. Also told my door dash driver to make sure they pick up my full order. Door dash arrives but only with one meal. Both drivers says cane said this was the only order. So then I reordered again. This time I called the store. Asked to speak to manager bc obviously somebody rushing these meals and not paying attention. He say call DoorDash because they are only making what they see on the screen which mean DoorDash was messing up my order?. I don’t believe that all. So the third time I ordered. They almost had everything right. Except my drinks were medium drinks with ice when I asked for large drinks with no ice. Food was fresh and hot tho. I just hate waiting so long for my food. I blame DoorDash and raising canes for not paying attention

The breading reminded me of how long John silvers used to be the texture and flavor was definitely there. Couldn’t make out the sauce flavor but it tastes something like garlic with dill. It’s definitely high in sodium but not too overbearing. I had a nice experience. I’d definitely come back again next time I’m in the area.

Terrible customer service, and instead of them telling you they are all out of fries and tenders, or any other food item, they just shove substitutes in your box and you discover it when you get home.

Overly salted fries, and the chicken was medicore. The sweeten iced tea still had sugar crystals as if they just poured the sugar without mixing, excessively sweet. The employees will make fun of customers right infront of their face and laugh… such horrible service. Such a dirty dining room, it gives Cane’s a bad rep.
