3 consecutive visits that were far below expectations. I felt the restaurant was discriminating against myself and family due to poor service and the last visit,as takeout, resulted in uncooked chicken and no action was taken, as far as I know, to correct the issue other than offered me to go to another Applebee’s.
We have gone to this Applebee’s for over 35 years and will never step foot in it again.
We have gone there 100s of times over the years and could not be more disappointed because this was one of the original restaurants here in Crestwood.

Services very very slow but nice waitress. Staff were arguing among themselves in front of the customers. Customers were walking out because of the slow service. They also should change the music. It’s not a night club.

Restaurant not even half full and it was terribly slow. They to bring our 3 year olds food….. Didn’t even offer to bring it out or quickly make it after we brought it to their attention. Our food was barely warm. We ordered a second drink after our appetizer and they tried to bring it to us after we finished eating. Just shut the place down already….

Went here yesterday with my little family of four. I was super excited to try their new drinks and specials. We waited for maybe, 40-50 minutes, just to get a table. We finally get seated, and we’re given our menus. The waitress doesn’t ask if we’d like to order drinks or anything, not even for our two little ones. 20 minutes go by, and we’re just sitting there, waiters and waitresses passing by. We tried to wait out a few more minutes. The real kick is the various tables behind us discussing how they haven’t gotten their food for 20-30 minutes. Someone had to literally go to the kitchen to ask why it was so backed up. A waitress finally comes out to tell a table their food wouldn’t be done for another 30 minutes. Needless to say, we packed up and left the establishment (amongst the MANY others). This location surely needs more employees. And I know it was a “holiday”, but if you cannot function properly with more customers, you should not be in business. Literally, you are not explaining anything, but you’re constantly letting new people inside, and only disappointing them.

The only thing good about this experience was my waitress. I waited 30 minutes to get a table for five and the restaurant was not busy. Once we got to sit down they had my party sit at two different tables. We ordered drinks appetizers and our entrees then had to wait an hour for for each item to be brought out one at a time. Our waitress was handling an entire section of diners by herself. It seemed like every employee in the place was handling multiple jobs at once. I wanted to give a 1 star review but since the food was at least tolerable and this experience was not the waitresses fault I’ll give 2. I made sure to tip the waitress for having to deal with the chaos.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! A bunch of workers standing around yet it took 10 minutes to even be greeted and get water. I got my food before my appetizer, the food came out warm and was cold within 2 minutes. I was told there were no breadsticks and when I got to my last bite of food the server brings out a breadstick ??. The nachos were HORRIBLE, burnt and greasy. Sign on the table said half off but when we got the bill the server decided to finally tell us that the menu was old. It took 10 minutes to get the sauce I requested while placing the order. The server was rude and when I mentioned my food being burnt and nasty she shrugged her shoulders and said maybe the grill was dirty. Come on!

When we was seated no one was working the area i noticed people that came after me seated in a different section recieved water menu and placed their orders. The staff seem unaware that no one was working the section i was in. I went a mention it after 20min passed. Got water menus now to order got there at 6:40pm got the kids food at 8pm my husband and still had not received our food 8:30 my husband got up to talk with the manager the manager was nonchalant about things my husband food arrived at 8:40 cold and wrong. We was hungry hangry tired of waiting my food arrived as we leaving as them to box it up. By the way my husband had slab of ribs. The manager comp our food we just had to pay for the 2 children. The worst experience. Our waitress was the only bright light.

Didn’t take long to be seated. Took forever for food to be served which I didn’t understand because it wasn’t a lot of customers in the restaurant. Ordered a kids meal but the waiter forgot my kid’s drink. Ordered a Bahama mama and had to remind waiter about the drink because he forgot. I ordered the app trio with 3 dipping sauce on the side. I called in advance to identify the specials of the day. Many food items were sold out; such as the shrimp and chicken bowl and blackened shrimp & sausage penne, etc. I ordered the Bourbon Street chicken & and sausage penne. The waitress Tedqushay, known as shay, delivered the food quickly to my table. When she noticed that the dish didn’t have the Cajun Alfredo sauce over the pasta. Quickly, she returned with the sauce and poured it over my dish. Pictures are provided. The dish was amazing ! I recommend this dish.
