The service was amazing. They had a full house and one of the employees Lila did an amazing job on cleaning tables and asking everyone how the service and meal was. I can see management in the future for her. The cashier was very knowledgeable of the products that they had and what we were looking for. Thank you for the good service. Will be coming back soon

For the typical suburban dine and dash, this Canes locations ,”Hits the spot”!!!!, figuratively and metaphorically. I took my fiancée 10y.o. who convinced this 46yo child at heart to give Cane Sauce a try. I did and even though I despise Mayo, well….. their sauce is great. If you like mayoand combos of rich flavorful spices it’s a great blend and HELL, I’VE GOTTA SAY IT DIDN’T DISAPPOINT!!! The manager was very polite and actually giving an interview but he still greeted us as we crossed the threshold. That’s pure class. We enjoyed the chicken tenders with cane sauce fries and a well… a perfect slice of well done garlic bread toasted just right and not overtly large. Atmosphere was filled with nostalgic pictures on the wall and Repped Cane’s to the fullest. Great amount of Pride there. So, if your looking for chicken done right Canes will hit that spot and it’s very clean and very Hospitable. Welcoming, and friendly. I will frequent this establishment again , NO Doubts!!! Thanks to Management and staff who keep the ch8cken coming and the smiles buzzing. Best of luck to all of you, and God Bless!

Very small portion of fries. Very tiny chicken tenders. Very disappointing. Told employee about it. She begins to lecture me how they give X-amount of ounces of this and that.. I think they even shrunk the cole slaw cup since I last tried this place a couple years ago. The place is a rip off for the amount of money you pay.

Another great location for groups! Our kiddos entire cast and their families went here after a show and they were so accommodating. Delicious food and they were ready for our huge group so we didn’t have to wait long for the food.

I get DoorDash orders here all the time and today when I placed my order, the girl did not give me a receipt. I waited until they brought the food out and asked if she had my receipt she snarked at me “no sorry” And started to turn around. I told her I need the receipt and as she rolled her eyes called for a manager after huffing and puffing. The manager or other employee came over right away printed out my receipt no problem. As I was leaving I mentioned something to an employee and she was great about it and said yea that’s weird because we don’t do that here. I’ve never had an issue before they always give me the receipt right away . To properly complete my order I have to scan the receipt but regardless I’m supposed to be given my receipt especially when asked for it without having to give a reason. Only reason I’ll be back to this location is for deliveries, I won’t spend my money at a place that has employees treating regular customers/ business partners like that. The fact she told me no to the receipt and I had to tell her I HAVE to have it to complete the order is beyond out of line.
I also always park by the curb with my blinkers on to get in and out quick and not take a spot for somebody dining in. It was pouring rain and somebody made a fuss and scolded my wife for parking there. Bad customer service!

I used to order from here a lot and liked it quite a bit, but then Dave’s hot chicken opened across the street. Even before Dave’s opened it was always a debate. Should I go to Cane’s or go to Chick-fil-A which is literally across the street? When I want a chicken spicy sandwich I’ll go to Chick-fil-A when you get that Chick-fil-A craving. If I want some good chicken tenders and some Cane’s sauce and the honey mustard and some good Texas toast, toasted on both sides. (Check my picture not toasted on both sides. ) Then you go to Cane’s! But the last two times I went this meal was free and the last one I paid for. complaining got me the free meal. So make sure if you don’t like yours and it’s a legit complaint to call the manager.
Last time the chicken was excellent hot crispy. The toast was toasted on both sides unlike this time but the fries were cold and super hard to eat because they were hard. (I normally order an extra Cane’s sauce just for the fries, so you know I wanted them!)
This time on my free meal they only felt like toasting half of the toast so each side only has one toasted side. One was decently toasted and the other got a quick kiss on the grill. Might as well just give me a piece of bread and then the chicken. This time was not the best. Probably the worst chicken tenders I’ve ever had from Cane’s. They were not crispy. They were soggy and they were like hard square chicken nuggets like I thought this was fresh chicken. What’s going on here guys? You looking like Wendy’s now?
Sweet tea like always was good and I do say they always do have good service. I never had to complain about that except for when the girl gave me the sweet tea and the top wasn’t on and then it spilled all over my leather seats. But beyond that the service is excellent. I must say that they’re always in what seems to be a good mood and seem like they like their jobs. But the food guys needs to be like it used to be. You got lots of competition. Now I won’t be coming back because hot Dave’s and Chick-fil-A will both be getting my money. It will be a much easier decision between the two instead of between the three of you.
So goodbye forever and I don’t think I’ll miss you but I will always have the memories of when you and I had a thing ❣️

Went through the drive thru and placed my order and then the speaker cut out or got very quiet so I went to the next window where I replaced my order and payed and when I went to the next window the worker rudely asked me want my name was and then gave me the wrong order.
