I had the worst experience at the chipotle location on century rd in Germantown because they forgot my order. I asked the cashier if she included all of my bowls on the order and the little girl acknowledged. However, when I came back to pick up the missed order, the girl acted like she had short term memory loss. She told me to get to the back of the line when she was the same person that served me earlier. She remade my food and intentionally set it aside and had me pay and wait until the rest of the line died down. She spoke to her manager in Spanish thinking that I didn’t speak and she told tried to put all of the issues on me. I told her to check the camera footage before trying to lie your way out. Her manager tried to insult me for forgetting my food. I loved how the girl started making mistakes left and right the moment she knew she messed up. Unfortunately, the customer service here is exactly what you pay for. TRASH!!

Never have I been to a chipotle location with such bad quality control. For a chain that supposedly prides itself in its options and dietary choices, this is ridiculous. I am a vegetarian, so I naturally order my bowls with sofritas. Months ago, I found multiple pieces of chicken in my sofritas and was able to get a refund for that order. Fast forward to today, I decide to give them another shot. Before I am even able to take my first bite, my fork strikes a giant hunk of steak. Again, I am vegetarian. Even if I was not vegetarian, this is a significant food hygiene issue that should be the basis of any training these employees receive. I would not recommend this location to anyone who enjoys receiving what they actually order.
Edit: There’s more than one piece in this bowl, of course. I just received the joy of finding some in my mouth.

I had to be sure that this Chipotle had issues which I have never experienced at any other location. Initially, the food tasted off. I have been to this location a handful of times, and there was a clear difference in food quality, but still okay.
Last night, 2 hours before closing, an employee told me there was no more chicken. 2 hours before closing. Therefore, I am essentially forced to pay extra for my meal, with no other alternative. I have never experienced this at any other chain restaurant, including this beloved chain.
I wanted to express my dismay in hopes of receiving some form of compensation, such as a discount or gift card, which I would very much appreciate.

Good experience for me when I came in around 9pm.
5 stars for 5 reasons
1. The chicken burrito bowl was delicious and I haven’t had it on long time! The moment I took a bite I immediately asked myself why I don’t go here more often. All the toppings made it good!
2. The variety of toppings and sauces offered is great.
3. Fast service
4. Price isn’t all that bad and average for fast food
5. Food appears to be made from quality ingredients.

Chipotle has been going downhill in recent years, and this place is no different. The last couple of times we went they were out/low on at least one protein type, and we ended up getting the bottom leftover bits that didn’t taste fresh and didn’t feel like a full portion. The staff all look like they want to clock out – with no smile or energy, and overall I would never go back again if not for my kids.

Love Chipotle but not this location. No napkins. Fountain drinks mixed up. Thought I was getting Dr. Pepper but Root Beer. When I shared with the staff, they didn’t seem to care. It was also cold in the dining area.

I politely asked the gentleman who was fishing out my food if he could change his gloves because he was using to dust off the countertop and also putting it into the cheese and the lettuce and etc. he totally ignored my request, I repeated it severally and he still proceeded to complete my order. Needless to say I gave the food to an unhoused individual, but I spent over $20 on a salad I could not eat because their sense of cleanliness is beyond poor. This place is nasty and should be fined.

Closing time is until 11pm and at 9:24 they barely had any meat. When a customer asked if they have more coming out the cooker said nope. Management should look into this and making sure they are fully stocked until closing time

I left the restaurant because the manager there would not reconsider my complaint. Every time I go into this Chipotle they want to give me small portions of everything. I always order a bowl, I ask for double portions, I tell them I will pay but they refuse to do it. Then, when I get to the side orders, they always tell me a different story. I ask for the condiments on the side and today they did the worst thing they could have ever done. They gave me half the cup of the condiments and told me they could only give 2 oz in the condiments cup, they don’t even have a weighing machine to tell if they are giving me 2oz they just put half of what the cup can hold. And they told me I could only get 4 side cups and no more. I’m tired of being a paying customer and they always want to skimp out on the amount of food I get, as though they are the ones providing for me.
#Chipitle says they care about customer service and satisfaction but it appears their employees do not care.

Do not go here unless you’re trying to get scammed, the guy doing my bowl gave me 3 pieces of steak and chicken. i asked for half steak and half chicken and he gave me less than a quarter of a spoon of each meat. not to mention they gave me the smallest portions for the sides. i would also like to mention how dirty the place is. the fountain area has no napkins and needs to be wiped down. do not go to this chipotle is recommended going to the one in kentlands instead, way better service, portions and cleanliness. do not go to this location they do not know what they’re doing.
