My husband went to grab us dinner after work got in the left lane and two cars that weren’t even there when he got there got helped in the right lane. He drove up to the window where the manager took his order. He got the food and came home only to find a piece of soggy bread and fries that have been sitting under the heat lamp for some time. Also food is cold to the touch. This is not acceptable for the amount of money you pay for food

I don’t get the hype. Drive thru with two lanes but the right side moves cater by 2-1-that was a mild annoyance. The need to repeat everything I wanted no fewer than 4 times each and then AGAIN at the pick up window added to the frustration. I got my order and found the food to be underwhelming. Chicken had no real flavor and fries don’t even rank in the top 10 for fast food fries. Overall mediocre and absolutely nothing special.

I ordered in the drive thru. The chicken sandwich consists of chicken tenders. The seasoning of the chicken was good however my chicken felt soggy and fell apart I did not like that about the sandwich. The amount of fries I got was very small considering the price I paid for the meal there should have been more fries and some of them were burnt. I requested a Coca-Cola for my drink, however, what I received was a drink that had too much ice in it and it did not taste like Coca-Cola. It was very watered down and tasteless. I requested mayo to be put in a bag, however, I did not receive that. Customer service was nothing to rave about The representatives literally just did the minimum. This experience was just “ok” The food was just “ok” and it’s not a place that I would consider returning in the future. For the amount that you pay I would have expected to receive better service and better quality of food.

The restaurant is clean and has very interesting decor. The employees are very nice. We didn’t wait much for our food to get ready, but trust me it’s good. The only thing that I was shocked about is the sauce because I don’t think it’s worth the hype, but overall it was nice going there to try their chicken Strips!

I almost never write reviews but I had to tonight. One of the workers here overheard that I had a bad day and gave me a Christmas goodie bag full of candy canes and merch. I could not be any more thankful. Our food was also great as always!! Thank you so much for everything ❤️
