Couldn’t tell if they were on break or just stoned when I pulled up to the drive thru. No response for a good 2 minutes which seems like a long time for a McDonald’s. Somehow first time ever my buns were burnt on a 2 cheeseburger meal like 1/2 one bun 1/8 the other… weird.

Horrible customer service. Then I get all the way back to work which is only ten minutes down the road to find out my chicken nuggets are ice cold and they gave me apple pies instead of the holiday pies I ordered. Tried to call the restaurant to rectify this issue and was sent to an automated system. I will not be coming back to this location.

This property is always run down. Bathroom this trip had no soap and even at 6am smelled like the toilet lines were backing up. I noticed the AC units were out and they were using two or three quick cool type of hvac units. The food was consistently McDonald’s. So there was that. The McDonald’s employees are pleasant enough though. Gas station people… Not sure much. Only front doors were unlocked at 7:00 even though the doors said 5:30?
I love how the turn in from old pleasant Grove always has that stagnant puddle of water to get your vehicle dirty.

That specific McDonald’s it’s not what it used to be atmosphere it’s really bad and customer service is completely down they have no time for anybody they very rude and disrespectful

I didn’t go inside sp as far as atmosphere i cannot truly rate it. The employees were probably the most delightful compared to the usual McDonald’s employees. The food at this McDonald’s was subpar, however it is typical considering they are located right off the freeway and cater to people flying bye (for example: me). Knowing moat of us won’t be back, it is easy to either mess up, over cook or under cook food and send us on our way. This McDonald’s was not any different. I ordered and 2 eggMcmuffins & both English muffins felt like hockey puck ♀️

This used to be the “good” McDonald’s, meaning they were polite and didn’t mess up your order. Over the past year it’s gotten so awful. Tonight when we pulled up we couldn’t read the menu and the guy taking the order was very short and aggravated.
